Do yourself a favor and avoid this location. Only 2 people seated inside and two people working behind the counter. One was making the food which is understandable, the other one just went in the back. Stood there for 5 minutes with no one else in there and wasn't addressed or acknowledged. After a few more minutes we walked out.

I was so excited and looking foward to eating at this place because ive seen it all over tiktok but I was disappointed. When we first walked in it was pretty empty the whole place had balloons popped on the floor a table with ballons and stuff it looked pretty unorganized but it was okay cause we were excited. We ordered our food and id say it was pretty (fast probably because nobody was there). My sister had also ordered her food separately but the lady was rather rude. We asked for a receipt but wasnt given one but it was okay cause we were excited to try the food. the food was okay but i feel like it was over priced we payed $38 for three things (tosti elote, elote en vaso and mini pancakes. ). My sisters food was $68 for 3 mangonadas and 1 tosti elote. We've tried other places and the other places are cheaper and better. My sister went back to order a chamoy pickle and the lady was so rude about it she rolled her eyes and said “anything else ? “ another thing happened when my cousin went up to ask for a cup and the lady rolled her eyes and just gave it to her. Why do these employees have so much attitude its so unprofessional. The place was not busy and we were paying costumers ? What went wrong ?? Im sorry but I wont be returning. I felt very unwelcomed not advertised like it is on Instagram and Tiktok.

where do I start Walked in about 9:50, one twin was wiping down the counters, and the other one was mopping the one wiping down the counters stopped and assisted the lady that walked in prior without washing her hands. The other twin picked up the rag and finished cleaning the counter, then proceeding to help me without washing her hands, prepared my Fresas Crema use the spoon to pour in the granola......used her BARE hands with her long red nails into the coconut container, then into the walnut container, and handed me my food!!!!!! I was so appalled I didn't even know what to say. I couldn't come to eat it. I couldn't come to tell her anything but I have to address this and I will be calling in. I urge this establishment to train their employees on food and safety handling this is not OK waste of $10 Loss of my appetite nonetheless a customer

Went in there 02/21/2024 at 2:30 pm because I had an antojito but omg the lady in there made it super complicated. I asked for a special request, a verduro in a bag of tostiloco. The señora was telling me that she could not do anything other than what was on the menu. I have been to other locations before and never was turned down. Didn’t want to keep going at it w her so I just asked for my damn tostiloco. I ended up paying over $25 for the tostiloco, and 2 agua frescas. My friend and I didn’t finish our tostiloco and asked for a box, the lady said she could not give us a to go box bc she would have to charge $1 extra. Like lady we spend well over $20 damn dollars/ ea and couldn’t give us a 5 cent plastic container that took to manufacture, acting like it came out of her paycheck. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back.

Kenia was sweet and helpful while ordering. She put together the items I ordered rather quickly. There are so many options to get here it’s crazy! But honestly it’s all pretty good. The fresas con crema are really good and not overly sweet. Will be back!

The service here was AMAZING. I’ve never in my life received such hospitality & a place, not being dramatic. Not only were they just amazing people to talk to, they let us come in and order, not knowing they were closed until we were about to leave and I brought it up. And the food is amazing. We spent about 80$ on 8 items, I’ll definitely be back. The vibes were vibing!! I’ll be bragging about their food for the next two weeks to all my friends lll
