A few weeks ago we came in for a limited time deal, and we sat in the bar. The server we had was so good, we decided to come back the following week. Once again we sat in the same place and the experience was better than the first. Our server's name was Keely, since that initial visit we have came back every week and always sit with her. She is very attentive, precise, and friendly. The food has also gotten better each visit. We will keep coming back to this location as long as these people are here!

I usually like coming here but last night the food was not the best. I ordered the Bourbon chicken and shrimp plate and so did my daughter and the meals came fast but not a single shrimp and one maybe or two mushrooms. There was no big crowd so I doubt the cooks were in a rush. My son-in-laws burger was good. I know some people like to complain and send food back but I hate making a scene. The service was good and it’s always clean here.

My husband ordered fish & chips, the fish was cold in the middle, it was remade, 2nd order same as the first, he ordered an impossible burger just with mushrooms no bun, it came with cheese and no mushrooms. The manager on duty didn’t have the decency to come and apologize. This restaurant is 5 minutes from our home, needless to say we won’t be going back.

While we all know Apple Bees isn’t know for amazing food, my son won an award from school to receive a free meal so we made an effort to go to celebrate. The service was absolutely horrid, our drink and food order was taken and that was all we saw of our server “Keeley”, after we had our food she came by and drop off our check saying “hey the bar is getting busy here’s your check” and then we never saw her again. The place was not busy as it was early, maybe 20 people in the place total. As a table of 5 I don’t see how we could be forgotten, but we could have walked out at anytime and no one would have noticed. My husband had to go and find a server so we could pay our check (and no this place does not have the electronic stands on the tables, you had to pay via a server) . Very dissatisfied.

Pick up orders continue to be incorrect or Missing items.. Jeremy continues to say he’ll address it but has been an ongoing issue the last 4 times we’ve ordered. We haven’t ordered from this location since August for this issue and decided to try again since he “was going to talk with staff to make sure they have proper training” but it’s still happening. Horrible management but wonder why the staff are struggling.
Very clean and nice! Our server Taylor was friendly and our food and drinks came out quickly! My husband got the ribs - they were tender and tasty! I got the blackened salmon with mashed potatoes and broccoli - it was delicious 😋

I went to this Applebees at lunch the other day, and it was sooooo good better than usual. Stacie was my bartender, her service was top notch. Food came out fast and was delicious. I’ll be back for lunch soon!

Had the lunch special of chicken tortilla soup and half a chicken wrap and if that's half a wrap, no way could I eat a whole one. Excellent wrap and the soup was delicious. Wife had same except for French onion soup. She raved about the soup and couldn't eat all the half wrap. Plus, she had a glass of wine and said it was a "good pour".
