I ordered the 2 for $25 as a pick up. I ordered 2 oriental chicken salads. As you can see from the picture provided there is zero green salad and 100% red and white cabbage and some carrots and almond slices. What little chicken is on the bottom. What I'm upset is there is NO LETTUCE. Since I live in Chandler, I wasn't going all the way back to Mesa to return my order. I won't be returning to this Applebee's. I am very disappointed.

To wait forever for any service is well expected from this location everytime. I just went march 2026 and there was a huge bug. The staff cleaning the table next to us literally saw me reacting to it and pretended like nothing was happening so i killed it and cleaned it up my self. If was huge and there was a big squish with hella fluid. Like the bugs eat well. But the staffs behavior showed me that the bugs here are seen pretty often? If this is whats out in the open i cant imagine whats hidden in the kitchen.

Okay! First of all Applebees whom ever yall hired for chef!!! Keep him/her please do!!! The food was amazingly delicious fresh and hot seasoned perfectly!!! I went today around 2:00p. The customer service was excellent! 10 stars for Applebees and employees!!! Keep it up!! Please n thank you! Not to mention I drove from Power n McKellips.

I ordered an appetizer sampler and not one item was hot. I was served cold chicken wings, cold riblets, cold quesadillas. Not warm cold! Also one of the riblets was not even a full one. It looked like 1/3 of one. Normally it comes with 2.
Our server was super nice about it. He offered to get me something else. We found out that they lost a cook. I’m sure they were trying really hard to keep up with the flow of people. It just seemed like mine was made 10-20 minutes before the other one for our table. It sucked and it was way too late to try and eat something different because it took nearly an hour to get the food the first time. This was a complete fail.

Clearly a management issue here. The hostess was MIA for about 10 minutes after we walked in. She finally sat us after another 20 minutes. Our waitress was so overloaded that it took her another 15 minutes to come to our table. After a total of 90 minutes, we received our food. It was hot, but the bun on my sandwich was so rock hard that I couldn't eat it and the lettuce was brown and limp. The rest of my families food was mediocre. Our waitress was trying her best and she said that the 2 managers were cooking. Ridiculous.
Bad service. Hardly anyone there but food takes forever to come out. Jackie the bartender is not a good manager at all! She refuses to accommodate the customers. I don’t recommend this place at all unless you want bad service .
