We didn't get a chance to even order before Mr Ruben came over spilling water all over the person on the edge of our table. Instead of taking a percent off he gave her her $1 drink off our tab. I just felt like staying here with the water all over me during my sisters birthday isn't ok so our family ordered to go. Once ordered to go the waiter then decided to say we took liquor from the restaurant when we put honey mustard in a Togo container. He chased us out the restaurant. Saying he will get fired but sit you should considering how many problems you caused for the birthday. Not happy.

They’ve already lost my family’s business inside the restaurant with inattentive service and constant errors from the kitchen. They’ve now lost my curbside business. Shame, I enjoy the food but it’s not worth the headaches dealing with managers who consistently don’t care, if you can even get one to speak to at all.

I've never in my life been served an empty martini glass and shaker, to pour my own margarita, yet here we are. So much salt on the rim and so much sugar in the mix it was barely drinkable. And alas I managed to order the only thing on the menu that wasn't fried, the blacked salmon which was so over cooked I would have been better off with a can of tuna, and it was served with broccoli so microwaved to death that I couldn't keep it on my fork it was so mushy. The potatoes were good, and the server was young and doing her best.

Ask for Server Ruben! Super down to Earth, very quick to the punch, and overall a very fervent server. Great food and homestyle service, cannot go wrong.

ere was an error made on my last order & have been waiting for a credit for a while. I originally ordered online, without the bacon, but the 2nd time placing the same order, it came with bacon. When I called to place my order over the phone, instead of online, Alicia informed me that it was already mixed in with the sauce so she suggested some other options instead. Even though I’ve been waiting on a refund from the previous order that was promised, the service I got from going inside to pick up my order was great. Plus the Managers who submitted the refund, twice, have no control over the accounting department who processes it. So can’t fault them for that. The Manager on duty, Dario, went above & beyond by giving me the entrée I wanted, but with some modifications along plus my original order… WITHOUT THE BACON! Plus a server, Jeff, went above & beyond because he approached me since he overheard the conversation, made some suggestion for the next time I ordered, plus some at home recipes to make it easy. And Alicia, the young lady, who took my order, was very kind and definitely made it easy for me to put in my order in the future. This made up for what would have been a frustrating situation, so I feel that Alicia, Dario, Jeff, Bruce, & Frank all deserve a KUDOS for great customer Service. They all went above and beyond and certainly have a loyal customer. Thank you All ??
