We waited almost an hour for the Ultimate Trio. We kept being told by the server the manager was cooking our appetizers. The manager kept telling us the server was cooking our appetizers when in fact, no one was cooking our appetizers. Then when our food did come out the ribs were so overcooked they were inedible and the fries were ice cold. An absolute waste of time and money.

Great service, cold beer! Mash potatoes side were partially cold, fried pickles were so excessively salty, couldn't eat them. Grilled cheeseburger was pretty good..........the biggest negative was the music......terrible music for a restaurant........won't go back to this one.

This place told us they haven't had broccoli in weeks but still have it in many dishes they serve on the menu. My wife i left very disappointed. Even though there weren't many people in the restaurant, we waited over an hour for food. I wanted the chicken Alfredo with broccoli but after finding out they had none, I settled for the oriental chicken salad. This was the worst excuse for a salad. They clearly took old coleslaw and topped it with noodles and almonds and added chicken. It was gross. We won't be going back.

What a difference from the Alma School location, which we left to come to this one due to horrible service. We sat right away, server (Shy) was there within seconds. The whole experience was perfect except for one burger that wasn't cooked correctly, but Shy took care of it. We'll be back, well done everyone. Maybe send your management to the Alma location to fix that one.
