Worst ever experience at Applebee's ever... From a 10 minute to wait to oh no we have a seat to then waiting well over 15 minutes to be greeted by a server (we sat in the bar are at a larger table .. then 10 more minutes to get our soft drinks .. then 10 more to put in order ... Had to go to hostess to get any attention.... Then at least 3 different servers, 1 was the manager no communication between and although my salad was crisp and fresh with barely any dressing... I asked for more "yes sir be right back" never happened... So finally the bill came and I asked for the manager ... It took time to get her there too.... In the end .. after a thorough explanation of my perspective the bill was significantly reduced .. why the detail you ask? Because I will like not go to that and maybe not any others Applebee's because the manager/servers were unable to see the issues while we struggled to enjoy a simple dinner... And we had to delve into details to have my point seen as credible... Now I know places and people in restaurants have hard time especially when staffed below minimum levels... This was not the case this was inability to communicate by staff to minimally take care of customers.. paying way too much for food to have such a complacent effort... I blame the manager here .. she started the process... She dropped the ball multiple times ...

The manager of Jeff in the bartender Taylor serve the best customer service I have seen at an Applebee's Taylor deserves to have a raise she's very polite has a lot of patience and you could tell she loves her work and Jeff is the best manager that this Applebee's has he is patient he hasn't open ear and his kind he checks on his tables with a greatly appreciate coming into a restaurant

Oder was not correct, and missing items. Cold at touch. But that being said, Lacy the manager at this location never missed a beat. She jumped and took care of our issues. For that reason, I will be back.. Great customer service is very hard to find in companies. Thank

Service is not a thing here. I’ve been here twice to pickup orders and each time ignored. Even coming into the “Togo” area makes no difference as this part is not manned.
Our server was amazing! Angela was prompt, attentive and friendly. The best part of our meal was the beverages. My 8 oz sirloin was over cooked. When a replacement was brought it was an overcooked 6 oz. Stick with burgers and wings.

Went here Friday night at 10pm 12/27/24 and the rudest service ever. Order a beer with 3” of foam and instead of adding a little more, acting rude. Telling us she’s a recovering alcoholic. Didn’t even take our order for over 10 minutes. Offer another beer? Nope. Bartender just a ball of joy. Manager just walking around doing nothing. Food was cold. Never again! But hay, we still left a nice tip. Do brete Applebees!
