I have worked in the restaurant world for 20 years and I have a few things to say about my experience at this AppleBees. I came in for a quick meal and a few drinks at the bar. Elizabeth the bartender was a sweetheart, quick and helpful... but I noticed it seemed she was the only one working in the restaurant. She was running around accommodating bar customers, bar tables, and booths while also running all of her food, making drinks, and cleaning all the bar dishes. I asked her if she had any help and she pointed over at her manager... That manager was sitting at a table seeming to have a date night with her boyfriend. Unprofessional. Restaurant work is all about team worker and helping your employees out, if you do not want to do that, do not be a manager. Work is work, we would all rather be sitting with our boyfriends, but you are at WORK! Do better or you will lose your employees. There were people coming in waiting to be seated, tables that needed to be bussed and cleaned and the manager could not care less to help out. Elizabeth was a great worker and powered through, I hope her other managers help her more than this one, if not, I hope she finds a place that values her work and helps her out!

Nicolas the bartender did an amazing job keeping up with everything and handled the kitchen delays like a champ. He did everything he could for all his tables. The other server was also awesome who was running around. So grateful for amazing service when going out today.

Coming here for years and really disappointed at what it has turned into. The process have skyrocketed. $17 for a salad? The menu was sorry and stuck together. Worse, the cup was sorry with visible fingerprints left around the room. It was DISGUSTING! We won't be back.

Bar was disgusting and messy, glasses everywhere, old food dishes sitting out, and the counter was sticky and clearly not wiped down. Gentleman at the bar gave mediocre service. won’t be returning.

I know that when you read food reviews that you probably think of an angry karen who has nothing better to do. I have never bothered to write a food review before but this is necessary to put a warning. Went here with my partner on January 31st 2026. I ordered the Bourbon onion mushroom Swiss burger and my partner got the chicken alfredo pasta. My partner stated their chicken was fine but the moment they touched their pasta it was revolting and greasy as it could be. I tried my very best to finish my meal as to not waste food and money but the fries were greasy as the fryer. My burger was nothing but warmed meat with sad flavorless onions and mushroom lapped on top. If you enjoy your life and have taste buds. Go to literally anywhere else.

Went out for date night with my fiancée tonight. We got the 2-$25 deal with a house salad and Caesar salad with the cheesy burger concoction they have now and the chicken with mashed potatoes and onions/mushrooms. We ordered water with our meal. The server brought us one glass of water and that was it. She brought the wrong salads. When our main dishes came out and told here who got what she did the complete opposite. Only other time we saw her was when she dropped the bill off and returned our card. Horrible service and the food honestly tasted off. Which is another problem. Shoulda just stopped eating because we are both violently ill with food poisoning now. Vomiting and the other end. We will not be going back to this location ever again.

Not a pleasant dinner. Came here to have a nice dinner with a friend and we waited for almost two hours for our food. We asked for water probably two-three times took almost 30 mins to get our water as well. We kept hearing our serve apologize to everyone else but us. She started to once she realize we were really upset. AND after waiting for two hours these other customers came after us and got there food before us. WILD. Didn’t like the service at all.
