My experience was very perplexing. There were hardly any customers in this restaurant, yet it took 1 hour & 5 minutes to get our food!! Why?? Not sure why we stayed past the 15 minute mark, really! We will not be headed back to our friendly neighborhood bar & grill, especially if we are hungry!!!

Our drinks came out wrong 2 different times in a row on second attempt we just gave up our order was rushed when we were ready to order our meals we said the first word of the appetizer and the server just said okay and left the service and understanding of this place when it comes to customer satisfaction is a joke

I canât believe the disrespect I received from this restaurant on veteran day. Yes, it was a free meal but the lady walk away flopped our food down on the table and walked away without asking him to see if we needed any sauce or anything else. The waitress spend a lot time at the other tables, but did not bother to see if we want anything else. Then we had to ask for the five dollar card it wasnt not offered to us. Like it was to the couple next to us. Not a problem though we wonât be back.
My family is new to the Mesa area. We came in for dinner. The place was clean. The service was great. My kids had great options for dinner. We left full and happy. We are excited to be back.

I had my daughters baby shower here yesterday morning and the service was great. Kaylee was our server and she made sure we had all we needed. Riley was the bartender who made fantastic drinks. The cooks were on point and all the food came out great with no complaints from the party. Taliyah the host made sure to check on us frequently. Nina the manager checked in a few times to make sure we were happy! Overall a great party. Thank you to the brown and highly staff.
I ordered the Broccoli Chicken Alfredo with no chicken because Iâm vegetarian. I checked it three times online â and my receipt clearly said no chicken. When I got the food, it was full of chicken.
When I brought it back, the server (who clearly has the IQ of a breadstick) took it to the kitchen, flipped the pasta over, and just picked the chicken out. Not only is that disgusting â itâs dangerous. What if someone had an allergy? Thatâs not âfixingâ it; thatâs being lazy and careless.
Even worse, they didnât even bother to remove all of it. There were still pieces of chicken when I got back to the car. So they wasted my time, disrespected my order, and showed zero understanding of basic food safety.
I told the manager that you canât just pluck out meat and call it vegetarian. The fact that this even needs to be explained says everything about the quality of staff here. Absolutely unacceptable. I wonât be back â and I suggest anyone with dietary needs avoid this place altogether.
