Was pretty good. Great lunch specials. We came during all you can eat boneless wings - they are pretty slow to bring more out (hoping that you will fill up) -I think it's part of their strategy. BUT their lunch and happy hour specials are great!

Got food to go which I don't like doing. My garlic breadstick was in my salad, so it tasted like garlic strawberries (not good), I paid extra for different dressing (which I shouldn't have had to do since it was a substitution) which I didn't receive but instead received the one I specifically said I did not want. Also, to go orders should always be prepped the same way as if they were being served in the restaurant, not straight from the refrigerator which is how I received the two orders of queso for the appetizers we ordered - extremely cold, and queso takes forever to heat or it's clumpy and dried out in the microwave, and on the stove means longer wait time and dishes which was the whole reason we wanted to go food, to avoid the time and clean up. No one wants cold queso!

The manger called the police after we had three drinks on Valentine’s Day. The bartender did not have a problem with us but the manager did. She did not state any problem with us and called the police. We were asked to leave under threat of arrest and we left. What kind of establishment threatens their patrons if they are sober of mind and are not posing a threat to anyone or are told of their supposed rule of three drinks. If it was posted I would not have complained. This is the last time I will give this place my business!

It was very cold in there. I loved the waitress. This location has a lot of seniors eat there, and the waitress was kind and helpful and patient. Her name was Kelsey P. I would want her to wait on me again.
Food and service excellent.. Michelle the general manager is awesomely adorable for her application of service , knowledge , of her opposition friendliness good rapport with customer , Justin made all the atmosphere to bring customer back .

I'm visiting with my husband first time in Arizona and first time in Mesa my experience was horrible they seated us got us a drink and left us to our own devices. There were 5 waitress and none came over we walked out

After a long day at Renaissance festival came to Applebee's. To then ordering and the power went out, we decided to wait for 30min for it to come back on but manager said it's gonna be an hour and 45 min. So we decided to leave to the taco spot. Update I read the reply from the owner, but the link won't allow to copy and paste. I've even tried to type it into Google search and sent me to website with no further instructions.

I've eaten at tons of different Applebee's, and the food is ways good. Nothing spectacular but tasty. Our waitress was the worst. She never came back to check on us, never refilled drinks, never asked if we needed anything, she literally took our order, and didn't come back until she was ready to give us our check. I won't be coming back k to this location.
