I found a peice of hair in my sandwich & told a girl who worked there & she just came up and walked away without a word? it was really strange and gross I don’t like being rude but it was bad service at the least at least say sorry I didn’t even ask for anything

Terrible customer service. Because I ordered on the app there was nothing they could do in store. Except they could have given me the free sandwich their app said I ordered. Even showed them that the redeem was grayed out cause I used it for that order. They absolutely couldn’t care less.

Went in at 8pm on Sunday night. I was the only customer there including drive-thru. The gentleman who took my order acted as though he didn't want to be there. He needs some better training and customer service skills. The other employee was sitting outside when I arrived and tried to hide that he was smoking some weed. I really could care less about someone's views on smoking weed but dont do it right by the entrance. Now the manager(remember I'm the only one there)starts making my order and gets some curry fries in the container and walks into the kitchen with them. I belive she microwaved my fries. I tried eating some when I got home and they taste like fries that have been nuked. They were rubbery and looked like they were in a steamer. The beef and cheddar was all beef basically. Very little cheddar. The owner needs to retrain that whole shift. Ill never go to that store again. Y

The employee working the windows named Cole had the best customer service skills I've seen in a long time. Especially with just him and one other employee. He deserves a promotion, raise, a bonus, anything this employee wants, to keep up the good service.

We ordered beef n' cheddar, turkey bacon ranch market fresh sandwich, 6 piece mozzarella sticks, chocolate shake, and strawberry shake. It was pretty good. They were out of onion buns for beef n' cheddar, but I didn't mind. The staff was very nice and helpful. The dining room was pretty empty but tidy. Will definitely go back.

I would have given 5 stars except the kid forgot my cookie. He was very good otherwise, friendly, and knowledgeable.
I went in and was trying to get the two for six deal. I waited for 18 minutes and it hadn't even taken my order and the manager just kept telling everybody in the front to wait while they kept handling nothing but drive-thru orders.

The Buffalo Sliders are amazing, and mozzarella sticks are bomb there. Honestly just a great place to sit and grab a sandwich. Very nostalgic.
