This location is an absolute sh1th0le with flies everywhere and cigarette butts on the floor. Woefully understaffed. 25 minutes to receive food from online order. People were waiting to order in line for over 15 minutes because no one was at the front counter. Everyone should be fired.

Arby’s is always a go to fast food option for me. The classic roast beef sandwich is a beloved favorite and the jalapeño poppers are a delicious substitute for fries.
They were very busy and didn't give personal attention.

It took the staff 5 minutes to acknowledge that I had entered the store, or was ready to order. Upon calling out for help, I was met by a rude "get to you when I get to you. " Not a great impression as a customer. I was the only customer in the store, but the drivethrough was packed. As a former fast food employee, I understand the stress that comes from a packed drivethrough, but you always acknowledge customers as they walk in, even if its just to say "Welcome in, I'll be with you in a minute" overall was not impressed with the service.The food was prepared half hazardly. I ordered a double beef and chedder, and half of the cheese was on top of the bun. The only saving grace was the Andy's Mint shake, which was presented beautifully. That is the only reason this store is getting 2 and not 1 star. I would recommend going elsewhere for your Arby's cravings if you can.

I just ordered a Regulat Combo Medium. Get back to the office it's a cheddar, not regular. I can't eat cheese and I don't gave time to go back there to swap it out! Absolutely inexcusable from the girl working the drive thru it is her job to name sure orders are correct. She even walked it out to my car. Passed off! I sure hope the manager or owner sees this because I want my meal replaced!!!!!Dietary restrictions: You put cheese on my sandwich I didn't order that!!!
