There's another store about a mile from home, but it turns out that I get better treatment at the Mesa Riverview location. Since Arby's food is recipe specific, I'm cued into certain items, but this evening, I tried the strawberries and cream fried pie. Excellent piece of pastry. I tried the rib sandwich and although it had some good flavor, it was just too dry. I can always glom onto more beef 'n' cheddar sammies.

Even getting there right as they were closing and feeling terrible about it the manager on duty and employee that took the order were still super friendly and my food was fresh, hot and delicious! I appreciate them being awesome and still having a great attitude about it! Most places you'd get an attitude nowadays! I wish I would have gotten their names so I could mention them! Whoever was there last Wednesday closing you guys rock!

They made me the best Beef & Cheddar (no red ranch, extra cheese sauce) ever. Before I even opened the wrapper, I was warned that it was a "cheesy mess," but they were being modest. What I unwrapped was a mass of beef and cheese whose size I had never encountered before. The bun was structurally unsound due to the cheese sauce, and the constructive had collapsed under the weight of the beef.Then I ate it.Dear reader, I still have cheese sauce on my fingers. Granted, I'm still at the restaurant while I write this, but don't let that cloud your image of what I became when I ate that thing. Cheese sauce on my face, in my beard, on my hands. Uncontrolled. Chaos. Cheesy chaos.It is now inside me, this mix of beef and cheddar, and the bits of bun that gave no protection to my digits. Now is a quiet time. Mourning, almost as this adventure into the realm of cheesy beef is over, and while the spoils of war were bountiful and pleasing to the gut, they are gone now. They charged my card twice, no one answers the phone so that I can get this resolved. Its pretty upsetting and after waiting for chicken strips my curly fries were gross. but we waited 6 mins for chicken why would I get gross fries?

They were out of turkey and potato cakes of all things for Arby's to run out of which was one reason we went there for lunch. Help was kinda sorry but that's what you get from kids that don't want to work and have no people skills. We were really disappointed in the whole experience.

we waited over 25 mins while the team on duty cleaned and prepared to close...obvioysly the customers werent their main priority... very dissapointed . frys cold as sandwhiches csme out.shakes warm... i regreted spending 60 dollars fhere. my brother complained to shift crew leader who just shrugged her shoulders and didnt try to fix anything...we got one small free fries.whoop t doo!

This location doesn't even make the top 50 of this chain in the valley. Stale crunchy bread on steamed sandwich, missing ingredients to standard sandwiches, sloppy assembly of sandwiches with half the ingredients hanging out of sandwich, etc...
Classic Arby's! Always order the roast beef for a great time. Another great option are the mozzarella sticks and the jalapeño bites!

Good location, the young man who greated us (they all.said Wrlcome to Arnys) but this guy really pleasant experience. Food was hot, curley fries rocked. Clean restaurant, and one other thing the Au Juice with the French Dip was so good I've never tasted better actually. Nice job everyone just wanted to shout out the great behind the counter help and attitudes. 5+ stars we will be back!@@

Okay, generally, I'm satisfied after having eaten Arby's. But this fluke of a visit left me really disappointed. I ordered my food through the app, to be picked up. I arrived right at the time that the app said my food would be ready for pickup. To my surprise (honestly, I'm not sure why I was surprised. Don't know if I was expecting it to take longer than the app told me, or if I was expecting it to be ready sooner), the front end worker was putting my food on the counter, having just bagged it, to be picked up.So far, so good. Then I get back to my room, literally DIRECTLY next door.. First bite was curly fries. I LOVE curly fries. Having not eaten AT ALL thus far, on this day, I was absolutely looking forward to this first bite. Old and cold. Freaking bummer. Ew. Then I tried the cheddar chicken sandwich thing with the chicken tenders. Also, ice cold. Chicken was hard. Extremely hard. Ugh. What's the deal, Arby's people? You've never done me like this. Whatever. Last up was the beef and cheddar. Also cold as hell. BUT. it was a beef and cheddar, so it was still good, even cold.So there you have it. The first time, I think, that I was disappointed with Arby's.

Excellent customer service by employee at the window named Tee. On receipt it says Tourain. But anywho, this is the kind of customer service this world needs again. It was more than a hi it was a hello a little quick convo and a beautiful smile he even said Thank you and have a nice day and my fries weren't cold this time they were nice and hot. I appreciate you Tee keep up that great attitude and smile.
