Best Ham and Cheese sandwiche. Taste was great, lots of ham, warm and bun was fresh and soft. Extremely friendly service. Price was a special 2 for 7 can not beat that price!!

Normally Arby's is good but not at this location. Place order in Drive thru pulled up and paid and was given food.. super fast however chicken crispy sandwich tasted and look like it was sitting there all day. Same with the cold fries.

Ordered a chicken bacon Swiss, with large curly fry and mello yellow, the mellow yellow was the only thing decent, found a LONG hair in my sandwich 🤮, not only was it cold but it had a hair in it?!? Large curly fry was only filled about half way, will NOT be back.

Come to this location 3 times a week almost every week as I work right next to this location. The new girl they have working at this store does not speak loud and can not be Hurd over all buzzer and noises in the kitchen. When I tell the manager that the employee needs to speak up she reply’s that’s just how she is . No lol then she should not be on the front counter taking orders. Employee should speak loud enough to verify order is correct. Manager can be very rude also just depends on the day. Manager was more worried about talking to a friend waiting in line then taking care of the customers in the store. Seems like the employees at this store could use some customer service training. Speak up and smile be friendly or your customer don’t come back and go else where.

We had our regular sandwiches at this restaurant, no surprises, they were good. We had the mozzarella sticks which were quite tasty with their prepackaged marenera sauce The staff were helpful and friendly. I had the apple pie shake and it was great.

Had the new steak nuggets. They ate not good. Very burnt. Both outside and inside. Arby's should just stick with their original purpose - roast beef sandwiches

Best mozzarella sticks ever! Arby's is so underrated. Food is good and not greasy. I like the Smokehouse Brisket, Ham & Swiss, and the Beef & Cheddar sandwiches. Their chicken is ok. Sliders are good. And you can use as many of their paper coupons as you like! We got 3 combos for like $20. Their menu is not cheap but suck it up and use those coupons!!!

My husband and I just had lunch at this location and thoroughly enjoyed the sandwiches were good hot and the service was awesome as I accidentally spilled some of my fries on the floor and the boy behind the counter was nice enough to replace them for me with no questions asked
I know this will sound so weird . But the guy working the drive thru was so professional.. so kind and sweet.

The iced tea tasted like it had been around for 3 days, And they microwaved the sandwich, which was a French dip, and the Auje tasted like hot water. No flavor.

YOU CAN, MAN!
At 9:48PM approximately recently on a Wednesday, I pulled into this location to order a shake, a cherry turnover, the Reuben meal and the beef and cheddar meal. To my surprise, the gentleman stated that he had already broken everything down including the ice cream machine. He then stated the only food available was cold sandwiches and drinks. I'm assuming this young man may have been caught in a precarious position of someone not showing up and may have been requested to work a double. He being tired and was just trying to get home after a very long day. Either way, this was disappointing. I hope this is not a regular practice of closing up so early at this and other locations. If I had shown up closer to closing, i would of understood the early shut down. You may want to address in owners meetings.

Had to pick up an online order inside and this location stinks! It smelled like a mixture of sewage and rotten meat. Honestly if I hadn't ordered online I would have just walked out. Really hope it's not rotting meat I was smelling. If I get sick I guess I know why! Hopefully the health department comes and checks it out because I've only smelled that smell cleaning hoarders homes that left meat out to rot.
On top of that they didn't put Arby's sauce in the bag and don't have packets out to take. Had to stand at the front in the nasty smell for almost 5 minutes before I was able to get a worker to help me. Another lady was complaining at the same time so clearly it's not just me.
10/8/25 edit: Just made the mistake of giving this location another chance and they didn't put buffalo on the buffalo chicken sandwich and the fries were cold. Never again! She slammed the window shut so fast in my face and walked away before I could even check our food. How is this location even open anymore??? They don't respond to my reviews because they know I'm right!
