Really bad service and my food was cold. My sliders we're suppose to come with cheese and they argued with me about it.
Update: 6 years later and this location is still a joke. I hate using AI at the speaker. Secondly after I ordered I sat and waited and waited and waited for someone to acknowledge me. After 5 mins someone acknowledges me. Basically throwing the food at me. What a joke. And my food was still cold. What a surprise

First time using the drivethru with AI, and it got my order wrong. I didn't realize until I got home. Really bad idea to replace a human with a dysfunctional program that doesn't even work. I've been coming to this drivethru for years without issue, but I'm not inclined to give money to a place that doesn't even give me what I order anymore.

Drive through is now an AI Assistant with someone there as backup. The AI couldn't answer simple questions and instead just added each item to my order. Very frustrating and caused a line. A GREAT, KIND, HUMAN EMPLOYEE apologized and really quickly answered my questions and got me through twice as fast as any AI could. Oh, and the AI will definitely ask upselling questions to try to get you to spend more. No interest in returning while a computer takes my order. Your employee was excellent in every way. 5 stars to paid staff.

Horrible customer service. Mother and daughter duo in the drive thru working together on a power trip. Young lady in the drive thru window is absolutely disrespectful and has zero work ethic. Manager who is her mother making excuses and told us “her daughter’s rude attitude is justified because of how frustrating their new AI automated ordering system is”. Until management actually does their job, spend your money elsewhere.
