I love finding family-owned food businesses, and this place is really phenomenal. I’ve never had a genuine NY bagel, but I’d say they’ve brought them to AZ because I’ve never experienced a more delicious bagel in my life. Definitely will be a regular customer!

Clean, fresh, great service, and always consistent from this family owned bagel shop. The bagels/breakfast sandwiches here are so tasty along with all the freshly made sides and lunches.

I had a breakfast sandwich delivered and what a disappointment. My bagel was completely burnt and they still used it for my sandwich. There was also bell pepper on it that was not requested and I hate those. I tried to scrape the burnt onions off but that didn’t help. The scorched taste sealed my meal. Shameful.

Really good! Locally owned and operated, bagels are yum, cream cheese options are terrific, they don’t cheap out on ingredients or portions. They make all their cream cheese mixtures right there. Really happy we found this place…so so good.

Bagels and Bialys is my favorite bagel shop in the area. Fresh made bagels, excellent service and most of all, consistent. We are now regular Customers at this establishment. The cream cheese is delicious and the bagels are perfect.

Disappointing Experience
I visited this location and had a very disappointing experience with a staff member. While trying to understand the menu, I was treated with condescension and rudeness. The staff member even mumbled to someone else about me, which felt very unprofessional.

What made it worse was observing how other customers were treated with much more respect and friendliness, making the experience feel borderline discriminatory.

The place itself looked decent, but the attitude and behavior of the staff left a very negative impression. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses such issues to ensure all customers feel welcome and respected.

Dina & Dan are the best, and the hardest working mom and pop Bagel and Bialys in the valley. They make you feel like you belong and treat you like royalty each and every time you visit their store! Keep them open by visiting and trying something new made with their hearts and honorable hands that keep Gilbert and Mesa fed every day!
