This review is just to warn any future “employee”. Micheal “hired” me on as an office assistant and ended up not paying me. He called me nasty for saying I’d write a review among others things because he wanted to pay me “in payments” for a weeks worth of work. He got frustrated that I wouldn’t keep doing my job and blamed me for the money he lost due to not having an office person. This review has nothing to do with the food, just be warned. Don’t work for this man. He prioritizes himself and doesn’t care about anyone else.

Is this place still open? My fiancé and I have a quote and have been trying to reach out to this catering service for days via email and phone. We see that there is activity on their social media but still no response. We have also already paid a deposit and expected superior customer service but it seems that that does not exist with them. We picked this place originally because of the reviews however we regret our choice and will be taking action.

I used artistic touch catering for my wedding on 5/14 and I truly cannot say enough praises of this company. They were very professional, very kindhearted, and worked so well with my crazy schedule. The wedding day came and I couldn’t have been happier with how the food turned out, it was amazing, people were giving me compliments on the meals I selected. Overall, if I could give them 6/5 stars I would! They were great!

The Caterer was incredibly unprofessional. They showed up late, without the servers that we paid for, they said that we didn't pay for the service even though I have invoices and receipts saying that we did. The chef was unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. They didn't bring any cutlery. The plates they brought were cheap low quality paper plates. They served the sliders on wonder bread, they didn't even use real buns. The pot stickers were inedible. Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!! First time I ever hired a catering company for my husband's Surprise 70th birthday party. I was so impressed with our experience. April, the owner was very easy to work with, especially for a first timer like me who had never done this before. The food was delicious, (taco-enchilada bar), our server Jen was fabulous & I could not have been happier. Several of my guests wanted to know the company's name, because they too were amazed at how fantastic everything was. Thank you SO MUCH Artistic Touch. You helped make the evening an event my husband & I will always remember.

April at Artistic Touch Catering was very helpful for the 80th birthday party I planned for my husband. Chief Michael did an excellent job with the meals. The venue was the right size & the staff was marvelous. I would highly recommend Artistic Touch Catering for any event you are planning. It is a great value. Chef Michael provided an “Around the world in six courses.” The meal started with dolmas from Lebanon, Arincinin balls from Italy, Chateau Braian from France … and Belgium Waffles for desert. Fabulous Meal.

My husband and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary. We had the fiesta Buffet with shredded chicken and beef. All the food was delicious! Server Maria did a wonderful job and was very helpful. The staff was very attentive and professional. I would highly recommend them to anybody! Thanks for making our celebration such a success!

Simply not a good place to work when you get fired they refuse to pay and when payday is once a month that is alot of time and money not to mentipn blood sweat and tears. Everyone deserves to getpaid regardless if they quit got fireid

I recently hired this company for an 'All White' formal sit down 4-Course dinner meal serving 40 people, and without reservation I would say this company and its catering team should definitely be rated at 6 stars. Unfortunately, this site only allows ratings as high as 5 stars. April is the scheduler and go to person in the company; she will definitely work with you from beginning to end planning and implementing your entire event. Whether it's finding a Private Chef for an intimate dinner for 2 prepared in your home or a larger group event, she is very detailed and will follow through leaving a big smile on your face in the end. Chef Michael is by far the 'Best Chef' in this surrounding area in the 'Valley of the Sun' and he has done a fantastic job putting together this dynamic catering team representing ArtisticTouch. I guarantee... you will not be disappointed by choosing Artistic Touch Catering for your next event of any size.

I have tried two of their dishes and those two were subpar to say the least. The chicken Alfredo was mainly chicken with linguine. The Alfredo sauce was as non existent as the T-Rex is today. Much of the chicken was covered in burnt ends some of which carried residue from a grill that was not brushed properly before cooking the chicken. I can say the meals were bland, dry, and taste as if attention to detail and care were priorities to not include. I can safely say I ate a meal that fell far from its appearance.
