Food was really good, although a little on the salty side. Had the portobello appetizer which was delicious. My wife had the lasagna, which was good, but salty. The drinks were very good and they have great happy hour specials which are all day Thursday through Sunday I think. The servers were very nice, but seemed a little lacking considering how slow it was in there. Atmosphere was upscale without feeling pretentious. We will definitely be back to try more of the menu

Been to Babbo many times, always a great meal. Have had most of the pasta dishes and pizza's, all are excellent. Decent wine selection as well. Definitely recommended.

Horrible experience! Will never go back! I've been in the severing industry 20 years and I see why there was no one there. Took 15 minutes ro get sat or acknowledged by any of the staff as they are walking right past me and my nephew. Then another 20 minutes to get sodas, then an hour and 15 minutes to get food that was wrong. Mind you not one person working there has smiled or checked on us. After being there 2 hours finally had to ask for a manager to get box's and my check and to complain. She looked at me said ok and walked away like the so called server. I GET BETTER SERVICE AT A FAST FOOD PLACE! Just sad to see good business's go, due to poor workers. Food was tasteless, and cold!
We get food from Babbo once or twice a month. The staff is amazing, management helpful, and the food is delicious! Babbo’s restaurant is a nice place to eat in, but we typically order to go and have it at home. It travels well.

Babbo is one of our favorites! We love how the environment is great for families, date night, or just getting dinner with some friends. The staff is very welcoming and helpful, and the food is delicious. Highlights for us were the Italian Sodas and the flexibility we were given to customize our order, taking their already amazing Creamy Lemon Ricotta but adding chicken and pesto - absolutely mouth watering.

Came here for a date night- my partner was craving Italian pasta.
There was ample parking in the lot- it’s located in a parking complex with a lot of other restaurants and stores. Easy enough.
The store sign was off but they were in fact open. This seems to be a bit smaller location?
There was maybe a five minute wait just for us to have a table cleaned for us. Otherwise it wasn’t a hassle at all.
Staff was friendly and courteous. Very good recommendations.
We tried the deep fried mozzarella balls and we couldn’t recommend these more.
Their homemade bread and oil options were amazing, and they kept them coming.
My partner tried one of their Italian sodas- the dreamsicle and it was like a dessert in a glass.
We each got a pasta dish. I got the Tuscan tortellini with chicken. I picked grilled but it would’ve been better with fried. I also didn’t like the consistency of the tortellini. It was good cheese inside but the outer shell was a bit too chewy & I just didn’t enjoy the dish as much as i thought I would’ve. It come from an an Italian city whose pasta is unrivalled so it’s hard for me to find places I’d rather a five star. We had also ordered a calzone to go which was forgotten about but by the time we were finished we opted not to bother- we were stuffed.
The restaurant was clean. Atmosphere was nice.
Not bad for a chain.
Very extensive menu with options for everyone. Next time I’d try one of their tasty looking salads.
Would return!

Went in 45 minutes before closing. It was FREEZING and air blowing cold non stop. We asked if the air could be turned up as it was 75° outside. We were told NO. We asked if we could sit on the patio and they said they don’t serve outside this late even though there were several tables being served. Asked to see a manager. No one came over. After waiting 25 minutes without ordering we got up to leave. On the way out I asked again for the manager and this arrogant guy said he was. He said his name was Timothy. We asked to speak to him and he said he had to check out a customer outside and walked away from us. There were no other customers in the restaurant The staff could not have cared less that we were uncomfortable or unhappy. Timothy was unqualified to have staff report to him. He was rude and it was obvious to us why they had no other customers inside the restaurant. People wonder why places are closing down. Because of the attitude of workers. Timothy obviously doesn’t own Babbios or he wouldn’t have treated customers like that.I hope the owner cares enough to read this and get new staff that want to work and represent Babbios. We will not go there again.
