My husband and I decided to try this place out and overall, we were pleased. They offer a nice Happy Hour pricing on a couple of their appetizers as well as beer/wine and well drinks. We liked the ambiance and the service was good as well. The entrees were tasty and the portions were large (I was surprised with the abundance of seafood served with my dish). Very reasonable prices for both the food and drinks. The only negative was that our Caesar salads were drenched in dressing (otherwise they would have been delicious).

The food was gross. The Chicken Limon tasted like dirty lemon dishwater. The Chicken Marsala was tough. The fried zuccini was overcooked. We were charged for 2 things we did not even order but it took forever for the check and then we did not see the waitress again. Won't be back.

After an extremely long emotional week of moving our only two kiddos out of the house and into their dorms away from home, we just needed a break and some comfort. We decided to eat at Baci’s, a place we hadn’t been in nearly a decade - no real reason other than we tend to forget it’s here, as we don’t travel Germann very often. It was Friday night, had a great atmosphere, and we were seated right away. Our server was extremely kind and knowledgeable, and helped us carefully choose what we wanted off the menu. She was attentive and fun, and truly wanted to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. The manager? also came out a few times to say hello and to check in with us. On top of the incredible service, their food was delicious. Every single item that we were served was simply perfect. We were even obsessed with the flavor of the croutons on their house salad, only to learn they make them fresh daily (and they sell them by the pint to take home 🤤 ). I’m extremely impressed with their kitchen and their wait staff, so much so that my husband and I will be back for regular date nights! The restaurant that is “our spot” is over an hour away, and both of us said last night that Baci’s has easily become “our new spot” now. My husbands mother was also with us and she mentioned that she wanted to start “bringing the ladies here” for their weekly lunch!

I have known for a long time how good the food is at Baci, but I want to also give a shout out to their catering team.
They were quick to respond to my inquiry and the handful of questions I had after the initial conversation. The food was hot, ready, and all boxed up at the agreed upon time. The hostess was extremely helpful and thorough in making sure my order was all right before I left.
The food was delicious as always and was still hot when I got it home. The serving sizes are generous for the price, so we were able to feed 8 people very reasonably with more than enough food to go around.
I will definitely be using Baci's catering again for future get-togethers!
