This is our fifth and last time at this restaurant. Most of the time it was pretty decent. But time before last we got bad service. This time we went in sat down waited a for over 7 minutes, another couple came in and sat down a few minutes after us and got served right away,we kept looking around for a waitress the two waitresses looked at one another and still nobody came to our table. We waited another couple minutes in a two waitresses still looked at us and nobody came over to our table. We got up walked out, never going back.

Although I'm an American, I used to live in Italy as an adult for a few years, I speak Italian and I love true Italian cuisine. I tried this restaurant for the first time a few nights ago with my wife and my best friend and his wife when they were in town for the Christmas holidays. I worked with him in Italy when we lived there years ago. He is also an American (in fact, we grew up 4 blocks from each other and attended all three of the same schools through high school and we attended the same church-we've been best friends since high school and we're now in our dreadful 60s). He also speaks Italian. Anyway, this was the first time going to this restaurant for all of us. I found it by reviewing menus of Italian restaurants in the east Valley, looking for authentic cuisine. I must say that it was exceptional food. I got veal parmagiana with rigitoni and maranara sauce, and I found it to not only be authentic but quite delicious. We all loved our meals and we have all said that we'll be going there much more often, despite the 30 minute drive to get there. Well done. I just wish that they would open a restaurant in Mesa. BTW, Baci means Kisses.

Took approximately 35 minutes to bring out soup and salad, then another 30+ for the entrees. It was not at all busy and many staff were just standing around. Will not be back. Food was mediocre at best.

The experience of our first visit, from the food to the service, will definitely bring us back again soon.

Angie was so knowledgeable about all the menu options and offered great suggestions.

It seems like this restaurant is skating by on the reputation of the former owners. The lasagna and chicken limone were lackluster. The combo appetizer - the mushrooms were slimy. Probably a better bet to go to Olive Garden for the money.

We went in on an early Saturday afternoon, there were only 2 other customers and it took forever just to get drinks and bread, the bread was very small, dry and hard. We thought about appetizers but the service was so slow we decided to just order mains. Our main entrees were good but again took forever. Not sure what kind of minestrone soup doesn’t have beans but whatever. Even waiting to get our bill took too long. The whole experience took an hour and a half and majority of that time was spent waiting. Looking at your phone instead of servicing customers should not be the norm.

I ordered cannolis for pickup last night, and they were absolutely perfect. What the staff didn’t know is that these cannolis were in honor of my late brother’s first heavenly birthday. He was a talented chef who loved making cheesecake and cannolis, so this dessert holds a special place in our hearts. The team here couldn’t have known the meaning behind the order, but I truly appreciated the care that went into preparing them. The cannolis were delicious and brought a bit of comfort to our family on a very sentimental day. Thank you for helping make a small but meaningful moment so special.

My husband and I decided to try this place out and overall, we were pleased. They offer a nice Happy Hour pricing on a couple of their appetizers as well as beer/wine and well drinks. We liked the ambiance and the service was good as well. The entrees were tasty and the portions were large (I was surprised with the abundance of seafood served with my dish). Very reasonable prices for both the food and drinks. The only negative was that our Caesar salads were drenched in dressing (otherwise they would have been delicious).

The food was gross. The Chicken Limon tasted like dirty lemon dishwater. The Chicken Marsala was tough. The fried zuccini was overcooked. We were charged for 2 things we did not even order but it took forever for the check and then we did not see the waitress again. Won't be back.
