Although Backyard Taco is a multi-store corp now, they actually got started in the founding couple's back yard. And somehow, they manage to keep that experience for guests. In a metro area with - literally - thousands of taco places, they remain our weekly "go to."
If you haven't visited, they cook everything on an open fire plancha RIGHT BEHIND THE FRONT COUNTER. Talk about knowing how your meal was handled...
