Very disappointed with the steak quesidilla, its good and tasty, but for 8 dollars they could have used the big tortilla.. its a regular tortilla folded in half.. it was good though. The crazy tater was very good.

My first time eating here and will not go back. I ordered the quesadilla plate which consisted of a chicken quesadilla, refried beans and yellow rice. Here are my reasons why I won’t return:
1. The portions of the beans and rice were approximately 2 tablespoons each.
2. The rice was very bland and dried out.
3. The chicken in my quesadilla was overcooked and dry.
4. The price was too high for what I got and the quality of the food as well.

Backyard Taco is one of my faves, but was a little disappointed with the Signal Butte one today. There were very few customers but the place was a sloppy mess. The condiments bar had lots of spills on the surfaces where one would set their plate to dish up. Most tables were available and all the available tables were dirty. I could overlook it if the place was slammed, but it was not. They had a few people come and go, while we waited for the food, ate and then had some ice cream,...
