I went there with my friend and we ordered the same thing and they gave us both different orders and they were wrong, after they clarified the orders twice. We then asked if they could fix the orders and they said no because we already picked it up off the counter. Do NOT go here if you want good service and the right order. Terrible.

Sadly, the last 2 visits have been meh. How can you possibly mess up a rainbow shaved ice? They gave me 2 frigging flavors. Banana and blue raspberry. No strawberry/cherry. 😳 This isn't the first time they've messed up my order either. I think they seriously need to stop holding all the flavors in one hand when they make it. It's annoying. Idk if I'll go back. It's to expensive for this.

BEST SNO I'VE EVER HAD! Their service and efficiency was amazing! I visited on free sno day, and the Avalanche crew was on a role. Everyone was helping out and doing their part. I had a wait time of less than 3 minutes. That's amazing, especially on free sno day with how busy it can get. The shaver was doing everything perfectly. I used to work at a different location, and I appreciate it when I see the new crews following all their policies and working hard! I wish I could name drop everyone on the shift, but I didn't catch any names. :( But thank you, Avalanche Crew!! You guys are much appreciated :)

Awesome vibe, super polite staff that were quick and efficient. We ordered the Bomb Pop for my son who absolutely loved it (we totally needed a lid and straw to go after he ate the top) and Kokomoko for my spouse and I which was delicious and chocolatey. Overall impressed with it all.
It’s delicious, we all know that! But I stood at the counter for 20min waiting for my first pick up order before I could get someone’s attention, which they then snapped up from the freezer… I’ll give em a break because the employees couldn’t be more then 16, but come on, pay attention to your surroundings.

I was very excited to learn that this place had sugar free syrup for their shaved ice. The flavor was fine, but the texture of the shaved ice was like Styrofoam. I couldn't finish my serving because of this.
