I love this place! It’s always an easy and fast spot to take my kids. The girls working even tried teaching my 1 year old the ring game when I had to take my others to the restroom. it was really sweet of them to try.

I went there with my friend and we ordered the same thing and they gave us both different orders and they were wrong, after they clarified the orders twice. We then asked if they could fix the orders and they said no because we already picked it up off the counter. Do NOT go here if you want good service and the right order. Terrible.

I asked for a Lemonberry Warheads and just got lemon... the worker was also extremely rude and didn't say hi. I had to be the one to say something. They seemed very annoyed when I just simply ordering my item.

Sadly, the last 2 visits have been meh. How can you possibly mess up a rainbow shaved ice? They gave me 2 frigging flavors. Banana and blue raspberry. No strawberry/cherry. 😳 This isn't the first time they've messed up my order either. I think they seriously need to stop holding all the flavors in one hand when they make it. It's annoying. Idk if I'll go back. It's to expensive for this.
