Bahama Buck's - Mesa (S Signal Butte Road)

I decided to try this location this week. My partner's sno tasted good, but mine was awful. I've had the same flavor many times at other valley locations and it has never tasted like that, I swear it had soap in it or something. I'd recommend skipping this location and going to the one on Power!

Not sure what happened but two orders in a row now have had way too much syrup or sprays in them and make them taste disgusting. Not sure if the recipe is not being followed, but we are done ordering here.

I recently visited Bahama Bucks and I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional customer service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm. The team was incredibly friendly (especially Will Bella and Marlee who were working at this time), taking the time to explain their wide variety of flavors and even offering suggestions based on my preferences.

What really stood out was their attention to detail. The staff made sure my order was perfect, going above and beyond to accommodate a special request I had. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and it shows in both the quality of their shaved ice and the care they put into serving their customers.

The atmosphere in the store was inviting, with a vibrant, fun vibe that made the experience even more enjoyable. It's rare to find such a combination of great products and outstanding service. I left feeling not just satisfied with my order but genuinely appreciated as a customer.

I give this bahama bucks 1 star if the muscular boy and the tall boy with puffy hair are working. 5 stars if it’s any of the girls. We just left there at 6pm on Wednesday and soon as we walked in I knew we should have just left. The last five times my kids and I have gone it’s the two same boys. They mess our orders up every time. It has ranged from our drinks being naked ice just under the surface to almost always not having the ice cream in the bottom. We don’t know the ice cream is not there till we get home. Luckily most the time they don’t put flavor in the cup we can catch it be fore we leave. I’m paying $25+ for basically big snow cones and these two boys are not capable of getting it right. I thought the first couple times maybe it was a fluke but they are terrible. There always seems to be some thing wrong if they are working together. This time it was vanilla flavor in my son’s drink instead of Ice cream, which I paid for. My entire cup was ice cream with maybe two inches of shaved ice on top and almost no cream on either of them. We ordered three and they only gave us two we had to go up and ask if they made the third one, before they disappeared into the back room. My advice for this location is if you walk in and those two boys are working leave and go to the location on power.

This was a quality visit. Everything was as expected for a Bahama Buck's. There were two minor things. As we were waiting for someone to take our order, we were not acknowledged for quite some time without a response. Something as easy as "we'll be right with you," "give me just a moment," or "welcome in," would have helped. When our order was taken, the young girl did apologize for the wait, which was nice. The other thing was that the syrup was light in all of our orders. I don't know if it's proper to ask for more syrup, so we left the drinks as is. Again, this was a good visit, and we stop at this location often just minor things from this visit.

All teenagers with the worst attitude and service! Got my normal drink I just got last week and it was not the same. I told the worker and they said Bahama Bucks company has diluted all of their flavors. The red flavors are pink and the dark blues are almost white. They said I can remake it but it won't taste better. $10 drinks and informed that none of their drinks they can replace it with would be better because this company has lowered their standards. More happened that ruined my experience sad and disappointed will not be returning.

I ABSOLUTELY can NOT live without Bahama Bucks Snow!! I LOVE this place! I could go on and on about all of the tasty items & flavors on the menu. Bottom line is that this is the real deal Quality Hawaiin Shaved Ice , Heavenly soft snow that melts in your mouth is the Best!!
The list of ALL STAR customer service oriented employees here is to long for me to add in the review since they all have been helpful , they Rock!.... but let me just say AIDAN Aidan aidan......he continues to go above and beyond from the first time i stepped foot into the store & ordered . The culture behind the counter is what keeps me coming back , along with my favorite drink the "Tropical Red Bull Infusion" it tastes like Vacation in a cup. I will have to say tho ive tried it all and everything on the Menu is Delicious!!!!

You just can't go wrong with Bahama Buck's to satisfy your craving for a frozen treat. The employees here are always very friendly and make your orders just as you ask for them.

They have the best shaved ice and lots of flavors. The small is filling. Ask for ice cream and cream. Today, they could have put more flavoring on. Some of the ice was not flavored.

This is my first time trying Bahama bucks. While it was good, it is extremely overpriced. The add-ons are ridiculous! Out the door, it was $20 for my wife and me to have a treat. No thanks. There are competitors that are 30% cheaper. We got ice cream in ours. My wife had ice cream throughout her cup, while I had to dig and dig to find very little ice cream in the bottom of mine. If you’re going to charge me an arm and a leg for it, deliver.
