Great sodas and choices, but this place stands out for great customer service. A tall kid with short hair took my order with a smile and caring attitude. The young girl that makes the drink is super chill and customer service friendly. Some of these reviews that are negative are so petty. I had no issues with this location, along with my wife!

Great place to beat the heat. Wide selection of flavors and cream, supersour syrup available if you want to mix it up. Also fun to purchase snowballs for a summer snowball fight. They also have sugar free flavors (called 'thin ice') and smoothies. Celebrating their 35th year in 2025. Earn free stuff by using the store app.

We have been coming here for years. This location has really been going down hill. It’s been really hit or miss in the last year. Often there is barely any syrup put on. You can see how light the color is on top and then when you get a few bites in it’s just white snow, zero syrup. Which is frustrating when you spend $50 on your family. Maybe they aren’t trained well, or maybe the owner is trying to save money on syrup. Not sure. The tables are also usually dirty and I rarely see anyone cleaning them. Hope they can get back to how they were before.

First time went in on a whim...So-so customer service I let the girl know it was my first time I asked a question and she said she didn't know. I was very disappointed and don't understand how people can drink that stuff. Needless to say I didn't want to drink mine. The blue drink started to melt and was fluorescing I know in the picture is hard to decipher like glowing in the dark. The mango one started to melt and after placing it in the freezer and going back to it the syrup was thick like oil. One other thing that blew me away where the size options and seeing people with these massive foam cups so large that they had to use both hands to hold them.

Lilly is awesome, always remembers my order and I appreciate her 😊

First time here and the menu was top notch. Such a great number if selection of flavors to choose from. The flavors in my order were amazing. The staff was quick to greet me when we got there and the service provided was great. Friendly staff and huge selection to choose from. I highly recommend this spot for you sweet tooth. I'll define a retuning customer.
