This location is TRASH...

Ive been visiting the Mesa & Southern location for years now and have never had any problems and every shave ice is done correctly to perfection every time.

**This location, not so much. All 3 of our drinks were half white snow. Plain, not flavored at all. This was very disappointing for us as we are big fans of Bucks. Tons of kids working the place that NEED TRAINING.

IF YOU ARE READING THIS AND CONSIDERING VISITING BAHAMA BUCKS, GO TO MESA DR. AND SOUTHERN. SERVICE AND QUALITY IS ON POINT! We have never had one complaint about the location at Mesa and Southern.

The employees were kind, but unfortunately my order was messed up in a serious way. I requested sugar-free strawberry, but they gave me the regular version. I noticed right away because the consistency was different, but they insisted it was sugar-free.

Now I’m feeling nauseous, have a severe headache, and my glucose is at 200 — all because of this mistake. This isn’t just a small mix-up; it could send someone to the hospital.

I wish I could give this location zero stars. It’s the closest one to us, so we’ve visited regularly—but after this experience, we won’t be returning. We ordered five shaved ices and ended up waiting over 20 minutes. One came out quickly, but then nothing. About 10 minutes later, an employee handed us the second and asked if we were waiting for anything else. My husband said, “Yes, the rest,” and she looked visibly annoyed before walking away.

Over the next 10 minutes, we watched the staff playing around with other customers. One employee even made herself a cup of ice cream and left. When he first girl eventually returned with the remaining three shaved ices, I asked what had happened. Her response? “We’re really busy.” I pointed out that it didn’t seem that way, considering the lack of urgency and the fact that an employee had time to make herself a cup before walking out. The explanation- “well she’s clocked out.” Honestly, if she’s off the clock, she shouldn’t be behind the counter distracting the staff. Completely unprofessional.

The three ladies in there would rather talk to themselves and on their headphones then to say hello to a customer that walks in. I tried to ask questions I was completely ignored. After about five minutes of them, not even saying hello or one moment or anything to me I just walked out. That’s completely rude and they have no customer service. I recommend never to go to this establishment. I’ve tried to call management but yet again they won’t answer the phone so that completely tells me all I need to know about this company.

I wanted seconds

Ordered two small unicorn shaved ice. I had a buy one get one coupon and it still came to $13+ even though the menu clearly says $5.69 for a small. I brought it to the gentleman's attention and he said "that's the price". I couldn't say no because they already made them and they were for my kids. But I feel ripped off and will never be back.

I’m not sure why it takes so long every time we come here, whether it’s busy or slow doesn’t matter. I could get a full meal in a restaurant in the amount of time it takes to get a shaved ice. Saw people standing around chatting. Maybe spend a little more time working and less time talking and it won’t take a half hour for a shaved ice.

Incomplete order. Gave 'em receipt, still got wrong order. Twice. Waited almost 30mins to get correct order, and by the time I did, the one item they'd I'd get correct had melted into liquid....

This location makes the best shaved ice. There's another location that I won't mention here that I've visited a few times recently and have been less than impressed as they have no flavor and hardly any juice. 😏

Went to get my son Bahama bucks at 11:45 snd they were still closed even tho the store says they open at 11

We have been to this location multiple times and always seem to have issues. Sometimes it's because there are large chunks of shaved ice with no juice whatsoever in the item we get and sometimes it's because when we request extra cream, they put none. 3 out of the last 4 times we went to this location, we were given the wrong flavor. The last time, they neither remade it or refunded it for us. Overall, this location is very disappointing and if you want bahama bucks, go to a different location.
