Service was Terrible, almost 30 minutes for 2 Asci bowls and they almost dropped them.

Felt bad because me and my family came in right before they were going to close, but the two girls who were busy working on the drive through orders were attentive and super sweet! They got us our snow as quickly as they could, and it was delicious. Would definitely recommend this location, but be patient with the workers! They seem understaffed so allow them some grace. Thank you Lilly!

Waited 25 minutes and the place was almost empty of customers… the two girls working the place didn’t seem very interested in doing much at all. All of the tables needed cleaning, couldn’t find one to sit down at that didn’t have syrup from previous customers all over it. One of our sno cones (shaved ice… whatever) didn’t have enough syrup at all and was still white on the inside half.

Zora and Josie went above and beyond to make out experience fantastic 🤩... Great product 😃

I got a gift card for Bahama Bucks. I'd never been before. The drinks were delicious and fresh.

Today I went to Bahama Buck’s, and the customer service from Aniya was outstanding. The shaved ice was great too! I’d totally recommend this place.

I usually try to leave positive reviews, but this store has failed me within the last few weeks when it used to be just fine. I went to Bahama Buck’s recently and unfortunately the service just wasn’t great. The employees didn’t seem very attentive, and it took a long time to get helped even though there was just 1 other car in the line so it was not busy. When I finally got my order, it didn’t feel like the usual quality from other locations. It was so juicy. it just seemed rushed and not prepared with much care seems like its always something lately here

I called to order snow for my child's birthday party, however, I realized that the store would not be open in time for me to pick it up before the party started. The manager, I believe her name is Allison, said she would gladly come in early to get the snow ready for me and we could come pick it up before the store opened. Amazing customer service. Thank you so much! It was a huge hit.

I’ve given this shaved ice spot a few tries.. it was decent at first but the past few months it’s always the same old story. The service is super slow, and the staff doesn’t seem to care much, management is mia, because nothing is ever is different or improved.
Honestly, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else for your shaved ice fix. This place just isn’t worth the hassle.

Stopped in while doing some stuff at my mom's house and got the mango strawberry creme and it was flippin fantastic! It's always a nice treat and better for you than ice cream. So many concoctions that you can create on your own and then there are also pre determined flavors, either way is a win win. Make sure to add the cream if they ask you, it really is a must and adds that extra touch, you won't be sorry. I hope they never close.

I love this location! There is a drive thru! Pretty fast service. Many options- sugar free, natural syrups! Games are in the corner for kids while parents wait.

If I can give negative I would. I already sent over a contact us on your website as well. Horrible service.
Edit: after reading the other negative reviews over the last month I’d say it seems there is a continuous problem. Lack of respect and lack of work ethic. Won’t be going here again

I took my teens there for the first time and they enjoyed it! They will definitely be back to try other flavors.

I’m shocked this location has more than 1 star overall. We came tonight and there were three workers. When we walked in one of them said it’d be “7 minutes” since it was backed up and he couldn’t take our order yet. We sat for twenty minutes while ONE of the workers made orders and the other two stood around and chatted. The boy working with a bleached buzz cut literally just loudly chatted about social things the whole. After twenty minutes with not taking our order, but taking mobile orders and drive thru orders we left. In that twenty minutes they only made 3 shaved ices for other people. Just go to the other Bahama bucks location, it’s not worth it to go here. Management needs to teach their employees how to do their jobs. I’ve worked in food service and I never leave reviews but this was actually shocking how bad the service was.
