Bahama Buck's - Mesa (N Higley Road)

Ordered two small unicorn shaved ice. I had a buy one get one coupon and it still came to $13+ even though the menu clearly says $5.69 for a small. I brought it to the gentleman's attention and he said "that's the price". I couldn't say no because they already made them and they were for my kids. But I feel ripped off and will never be back.

I’m not sure why it takes so long every time we come here, whether it’s busy or slow doesn’t matter. I could get a full meal in a restaurant in the amount of time it takes to get a shaved ice. Saw people standing around chatting. Maybe spend a little more time working and less time talking and it won’t take a half hour for a shaved ice.

Incomplete order. Gave 'em receipt, still got wrong order. Twice. Waited almost 30mins to get correct order, and by the time I did, the one item they'd I'd get correct had melted into liquid....

This location makes the best shaved ice. There's another location that I won't mention here that I've visited a few times recently and have been less than impressed as they have no flavor and hardly any juice. 😏

Went to get my son Bahama bucks at 11:45 snd they were still closed even tho the store says they open at 11

We have been to this location multiple times and always seem to have issues. Sometimes it's because there are large chunks of shaved ice with no juice whatsoever in the item we get and sometimes it's because when we request extra cream, they put none. 3 out of the last 4 times we went to this location, we were given the wrong flavor. The last time, they neither remade it or refunded it for us. Overall, this location is very disappointing and if you want bahama bucks, go to a different location.

Bree was absolutely incredible! She was there all by herself and was completely slammed. Please get some more workers in there to help. She did an incredible job and informed us that it was going to be a little of a wait. Thanks again Bree you’re a rockstar!

I absolutely love coming to this location ! They never miss with my gummy bears in anything that I order, they know myself & my husband by our voices and that made us feel more welcome. This is our go to spot !!!

The kids that work there are pretty uncertain of their menu options, apparently.. and they can't stay consistent with their juice to ice ratio. Always make it juicy!!! Nobody wants to pay for dry ice.

I have been coming here for over 7 years and I have never NEVER found weird black particles in my snow cone. At Wednesday around 2 I went to this location that I always come to. I ordered a lemon berry warhead with extra sour patch sauce. While I was enjoying this delicious snow cone I noticed something big and black. I took it out and put it on a napkin to further examine it. I still don’t know what that was. It looked like a wood chip. We came to that conclusion after using a flashlight. Now that we are on the subject of the disgusting ingredients of my snow cone. Let’s talk about what is missing. There was absolutely NO sour patch sauce except the top. Every time I get a snow cone I always ask for extra and every time without fail there would be CHUNKS of sour patch sauce. I love it. It caused emotional distress in me knowing that there was not one chunk of sour patch sauce in this. Only a tiny line on the top. Also it wasn’t even that sour. It didn’t taste like they put that much warhead spray on it. Please bahama bucks do better.
