Completely disappointed in what was told to me. AZ Native Been coming here for over 30 plus years and that was and will be my last time I step in one of your franchises. I have always brought my punch cards in and just never used them. Have 3 in total 2 with 10 stamps and 1 with 5. Went in to use one and was told they weren't accepted anymore. That right there just lost all my family and there business moving forward. Unbelievable. I paid 7.50 and for a medium 16 Oz and that will be the last dollar you will see from my family. FUTURE CUSTOMERS beware of the loyalty to you there is NONE

Came here last night and wasn’t greeted , waited 15 min for them to take my order when they weren’t busy, I come here often and I’m honestly very irritated the way these kids have attitudes and don’t wanna work, will be going somewhere

We are from Canada and absolutely look forward every year to come to Bahama bucks. The treats were delicious just as we remember, but Unfortunately, the girl working today at this location (there was no one else we could see and we came just 11:20 am) was extremely unpleasant. She was obviously very annoyed and in a bad mood. She seemed annoyed with questions we asked and not once did she smile. We are very easy going friendly people, and my husband and I both got in the car and said “what was her problem?!” Honestly it doesn’t take much to be kind and treat customers better! Customer service is huge as it affects your whole experience! Bahama Bucks, I would consider hiring people that are kind and friendly!

Every time my wife goes to Bahama bucks, the very top if the snow cone has flavor, but the middle of her snow cone is always white snow, meaning no flavor. This time is no exception. We also found blue strands of plastic in the cup too! Thats not exceptable. Was not happy about this visit.

I know the shaved ice is good, but I'm 26 minutes and counting in the drive through for one regular size. Don't visit unless you have a lot of time to kill and no plans for the rest of the day. Wish I'd known the wait beforehand , but now I'm blocked in with cars in front and behind me and all seven vehicles are in park at this point... oh my gosh, what on earth is going on in there.

I’m mad at you. My family is in from out of town and they all hear me rave about Bahama Buck’s. On a whim we looked you up to see if you’re open on Christmas Eve. YOURS was the only location that said “open”. We thought we struck gold!!! So we drove all the way to you so excited!!! But guess what!!!! You’re closed!!!!!! We are all in the car crying and I look like a jerk!!! I’ll be back one day because I love you. But who ever is in charge of updating your holiday hours deserves a lump of coal in there stalking. Just one lump… not their whole stocking…- Sad loyal patron

Yummmmmm the only reason i gave a 4 on service is because they cant check your gift cards prior to actually making the purchase. The cashier was kind and beautiful too ... thank you again for starting out my day with a smile and strawberries and cream!

Don't run PROMO's for shaved ice if you're going to block off the drive-thru!!! Not everyone is able-bodied and can get out of their car, especially when you have 30 people packed into a teeny lobby. Very unfair, shame on y'all. So disappointed with this location.

I had a truly disappointing experience after visiting Bahama Bucks recently. It's disheartening to leave a bad review, but my visit was far from satisfactory. First and foremost, the cream they used on the shaved ice was not just bad; it was utterly rotten and clumpy. It completely ruined the overall taste of the treat I was looking forward to. On top of that, the customer service was nothing short of a nightmare. The employees seemed disinterested and careless, lacking any sense of professionalism. It felt as though they couldn't care less about the quality of the product or the satisfaction of the customers. In fact, I found their attitude to be disrespectful and inexcusable. It's clear that they need immediate training or possibly even a change in management, as firing the employees might be a necessary step to bring about the required improvements. I expected to enjoy a refreshing treat, but my experience was a complete letdown. I would appreciate a refund to compensate for the unpleasant visit. Complete waste of 50 dollars. I will never be back
