My only reason for a 4 star is because an employee forgot part of my order once, but he worked to resolve the issue quickly once I came back to the counter to let him know. This place is a staple of Mesa Arizona, with some of the best pizza in town.
I'm a big fan of Barro's. This was my first time at this location and the service was not thst great. The girl at the counter seems to not like her job too well as we weren't greeted and she looked annoyed that she had to assist us. There was still an hour left on the lunch special and only very few slices of pizza. The pizza wasn't really warm even though it was pulled from the Warner. It wasn't the typical Barro's pizza I love. We sat here for hours...
Stopped by today for some wings I was greeted as I walked in, that was a nice. They had a very friendly staff and you can tell the workers like being there, they were smiling having fun greeting people dropping food off and even saying bye to customer wishing them a good night! Major props on that great business habits. I sat down shortly later my food arrived steam was coming off the plate it was so hot cooked to order was asked multiple times if I needed anything the manager...
