The only good think I can say about this location is the food. The young kids working the counter lack customer service. I placed my order at 4:12 and it’s now 4:43. It irrited me seeing the employees calling customer after customer and giving away food but yet NOT ONE SINGLE employee looked to turn and ask me “have you been helped, or are you waiting on something. I don’t know how they couldn’t hear my son asking me where our food was and me telling him I’m sure it’ll be done they’ll call me when it’s ready. I had to go to the counter and ask for my food and little do you know I didn’t have to wait my order was already READY and yet there I was in the lobby waiting. I would suggest at the next employee meeting customer service is brought up and how to effectively execute it.

You walk in for lunch. You get two pieces of pizza and a drink for about $7. I don't drink soda so he gets the drink. I get a glass of water and we both have a nice lunch. It works great when you are out running errands and hungry.

Ordered pizzas and wings on halloween, had trouble with online system so put requests in comments and hoped for the best. Caleb called me to confirm what we wanted and I missed the call. I called back a couple minutes later. They had made the pizza how the system made me put it in which was only half right. Without any hesitation he said he'd make us an additional pizza. I offered to pay for it and he said no it was all ok. We come to this location a couple times a month and spend about 80 everytime. And because of Caleb and his amazing service will continue to visit this location over others. Thank you so much!

The manager lacks good business skills, I feel bad for the owner. There is a wingstop in the same parking lot, I asked if Barros could match prices on the wings they said they couldn't. Therefore I went to wingstop instead. I would have rather supported Barros.
Already paid for 2 slices of pizza went back up for the specialty on Friday. I tried to pay and the pos went down on every station. After 3 minutes I asked if I could eat my cold pizza and pay when its up and running. She said no. She doesn't think she can do that. I stand longer waiting before giving up and walking away. If I was the manager, I would have given the slice of the pizza away. Your system went down. You gave me a total and I gave you payment. If something goes wrong dont let the customer stand up front for 10 minutes waiting on you while the pizza gets cold. Bad form, I walked away without my pizza.
