After having a not so great experience, I called the manager and let him know. He comped a large pizza for next time. We redeemed it tonight and they went above and beyond on the pizza! It was delicious! I can’t remember the managers name but he did great!
Barro's Pizza: A Five-Star Experience! As someone who used to work at a pizza place, I tend to be pretty critical when it comes to reviews, but Barro's Pizza absolutely nailed it! I ordered a large cheese pizza with mushrooms, using a local coupon for a free one-topping, and I was genuinely impressed.
From the very first bite, it was clear this isn't just any pizza. The crust was excellent, soft yet crunchy – perfectly baked and flavorful. The sauce tasted homemade, as if they're making it from scratch, which is a huge plus in my book. It wasn't overly sweet or bland, just right with the spices.
The cheese was good quality and applied in just the right amount – not too much, not too little. The dough also seemed to be made in-house, contributing to the overall fresh and authentic feel of the pizza.
Everything about this pizza says 'quality' and care. It's truly good pizza through and through. They did a fantastic job!
