We ordered takeout on Monday night. Had a rough day and didn't have the energy to make dinner, so I ordered takeout. This pizza was dissapointing. It had the taste and texture of Chuck E. Cheese/Little Ceasar's pizza. The pizza crust was thinner than you ever expect Barro's crust to be. The cheese had solidified and soaked up the grease, yk... like how pizza gets when its been sat out for hours. I don't care if I ordered pepperoni, a popular topping.. What half-assed place is going to serve me pizza that has been sitting out all day? This place! It was empty and stank like dirty mop water in the store. Pisses me off because this location used to be good. Now it is just depressing. I would have been better off spending LESS of my money elsewhere for the same quality of food!

The entire team on 10.29.2025 @ 5:15p were amazing! They were so kind and so professional! They had 2 big parties going on, and they are able to serve everyone in line and both parties said they were doing great! They also kept up south both parties coming and ordering lots of drinks! I was very impressed! The management was amazing and supportive of his team! I just can't say enough good things about this team! Thank you all!

If I could leave a zero, I would. This is the worst store out of ALL THE BARROS. Out of the last 5 times I’ve ordered from here, they’ve forgotten the onion on my pizza 4/5 times. I only get three toppings. Today they put easily 2-3 ladles or 10+ tbs of garlic on my pizza. It looks like some spiky a jar of garlic and didn’t even bother to clean it off. And I LOVE garlic. I don’t know how to explain that it’s really really really hard for me to have TOO much garlic. But this was absolutely inedible. The ricotta was also watery and completely runny. Utterly disgusting.
Called the store, spoke with this kid, George, who had absolutely no idea what he was talking about. I kept hearing him ask some woman in the background what to say and she’d respond “tell her..”, then he tells me he’s the manager… Told me there was nothing they could do and to take it up with DoorDash. I reminded him that this was not DoorDash’s fault since it was the food quality that was the issue. What a joke.
Do not order from this location, order from the Gilbert location and pick it up. I used to do that for years and this is what I get for being lazy lately.

Recommended by our daughter who lives in Mesa. I had a mini while pizza which was very good! Hubby had an XL sausage and black olive thin crust. It to was very good. We will definitely make this a stop when we are in town every time!!
When I moved here to Arizona. Barro's sent me a gift certificate in the mail. I stuck on the fridge. But just recently when food was low. I had that gift certificate to feed my family. You guys rock!!! I appreciate you. Thank You!!!
