Sneaky employees. I ordered 2 scoops, in a cup, 1 mint chocolate chip, 1 pralines and cream. The employee asked if I would like that in 2 different cups and I said sure. When he rung me up, he rung it up as 2 single scoops instead of double scoop, almost a $2 difference - very sneaky!! When he asked if I wanted separate cups he did not say it would be an extra charge. I guess I should have asked the question, but he offered, he should have said it would be rung up as 2 single scoops instead of a double scoop. Very sneaky and untrustworthy employees.

I really want to thank whoever made my birthday cake. I opened my cake and started to cry because of how happy it made me. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because I never received an email or call that my cake was ready and when I called she said it was ready 3 hours ago and I wished I could of picked it up sooner but I still LOVE my cake!!

I just received these shakes and am shocked the workers thought this was acceptable. The lighter shake is so watery, like it was blended with a ton of water and little ice cream. Although neither shake is correct consistency. I am okay with a melted shake, as can be placed in freezer. These are not edible and a waste of my hard earned money.

Then I asked for a manager and they thought it was funny and said nope. I asked if they could just subtract the 5.00 since I was showing them the code they said there's not a button for that . They have very nice servers, and they get orders out quickly. They have complentary cold water in a pitcher with paper/plastic cups. Also, they added a refrigerator with bottled water & soda. They do not have public bathrooms.

What an awful experience. Walked in and automatically was greeted by Ally rolling her eyes at us. My children were ordering their ice cream she goes to the register and says are you done yet all snotty. We said not yet one more another eye roll for the books. My mom pays and I said I'm sorry I need one more yet another greet with an eye roll. I asked do you take apple pay because on the register it says Google pay she's like we'll duh its the same thing then an eye roll again. Very unpleasant experience

Violet is an excellent member of y'alls team. I came in there on a mad dash to beat closing time. They greated me and were pleasant. Needed some daiquiri ice for the wife, they packed it in instead of just throwing some blobs in a container! Much appreciated ladies, you are the best!!!

Rude employees. The website says takeout...just last weekend we placed our order over the phone for pick up for a birthday, it was no problem. Today for some reason it's too much work to do that. She literally put the phone down and asked her manager if they could take three orders. The manager said no. We will take our business elsewhere. Perhaps this is why the store struggles...
