I personally wouldn't buy there ice cream if you don't have a restroom for customers it's not acceptable and furthermore make a change do more & better on toppings with just sprinkles Wake up Ceo 😓 make changes give out more flavors do an upgrade everything is still old Bring out a New & Improved Baskin Robbins change is Good šŸ˜‰šŸ‘!

FABULOUS!!! I just had an amazing ice-cream desert served by a tall, stunning woman of Asian descent ...with luxurious, long black hair. The hot fudge was actually hot and I had two nutty ice-creams that were perfect. The young lady was smiley, fast, efficient and made exactly what I wanted. The guy in front of me gave her a 40% tip and I gave her a 36% tip. It is all I had... she deserved more.I'm not in that area very often... but if I am again... ICE CREAM!!! What a great experience.

Awful experience. No acknowledgement from the any of the workers upon entering. It appeared as if they were doing me a favor by being there. Young gal that was working was not ā€œtrainedā€ to write on a birthday cake, and couldn’t tell me what time someone would be there that could write on a cake. Seriously?! I’ll take my business to another location.

Happened to come during the time they were emptying out the almost empty containers. I was looking forward to a great memory and all I saw was a mess of melted ice cream. I wound up ordering a pre packed quart because it was about the only frozen thing there.

Baskin-Robbins it is your unfortunate your employees don’t want to make your company money. I arrive 30 minutes prior to closing to a distasteful female employee, very apparently upset about having to do her job. We stood, as if we were statues, because she did not speak until after a stare down that lasted more than 5 minutes, as if she thought she was seeing a ghost. I am aware she works at an ice cream shop but she could’ve at least given a warm welcome I can assure you the ice cream won’t melt, however I see based on her cold attitude she keeps the place nice and cold, the store completely empty besides myself and 3 workers, so what would be the reason to not assist when I come in? You decided to make your job harder when you just stood there as if you had no clue you were on the clock. Baskin and or Robbins please teach your employees how to have proper customer service, better hygienic practices and proper respect for my utensils, putting them on a bare counter as if I knew what had been on the counter is quite disgusting. And don’t you DARE twist your lip ever again to anyone after that disgraceful act of customer service to ā€œclose the door behind meā€ as if we’re at your mommas house! Do better.

Got my order wrong, cherries tasted bad left a bad taste in my mouth, ice cream was ok not much flavor, whipped cream tasted old, worker was very quiet

when my mom ordered a certain flavor, they ignored her and gave me a normal flavor of what i asked for. i definitely asked for the flavor i WANTED. i was so excited for it. they didn’t even tell me. the workers are very rude and stingy.

Staff refuses to acknowledge me or ask what I'm here for (here to pick up an order) I have to stand here and watch them serve these customers when it takes two seconds to ask what I'm here for. I asked the staff why they couldn't have had 1 of the 2 of them just grab the order while they were helping out the other customers and they said they were busy but when I walked in one walked into the back (next to where the orders are held) and brought back a product to fill. I don't know it seems like she could have grabbed my order on the way back to the front. Very immature behavior.
