Friendly staff, great service, and very clean! When I visited, there were lots of families with kids, and the staff was managing the busy crowd with smiles on their faces. Rare to find teenagers who actually enjoy their jobs. And I always love to check out the cakes in the displays, such fun designs! Highly recommend!!

We’ve been customers for a while. I love the banana split. Family gets a variety of orders. It’s a little out of the way but I have to say the staff is great the environment clean parking is easy it’s always an enjoyable experience. The kids can run around outside safely. I’m a stickler for cleanliness especially around sticky stuff and the shop never feels dirty it’s light and bright fun colors ample seating not messy (DQ I’m talking to you). The staff are mainly teenagers always smiling attentive and they’re great! A nice change from many stores. They have great attitudes not on their phones. Don’t have ear buds in their ears that I’m competing with. Several remember my family as we are repeat customers or at least make us feel as they do. Their appearance is clean and professional. Having read a couple reviews I just have to say this hasn’t been our family’s experience at all. Don’t allow a couple angry souls to ruin a small business as believe BR stores are franchises. I’ll rip a store if it’s deserving but this store isn’t. Don’t deprive yourself - it’s delicious ice cream and a fun experience. I highly recommend this business.

****UPDATE**** Probably the last time we will visit this place. Well here we are one year later and the place is not much better. Two teenage girls working behind the counter one spent the entire time chatting with another teenage girl and boy. I guess them both to be about 16. They were sampling everything they could. And while the girl with the brown sweater and brown braids was very pleasant and waited on everyone else, the other girl just kept chatting and giving the two teenagers more samples. They did end up getting about four single scoops in to go containers, however I never did see anybody pay for anything. The thing that will deter me from returning is both teens (customers?) reached behind the counter ans helped themselves to more sample spoons. The blond frizzy haired girl just threw hers in the trash. Surely do not want people touching spoons especially people that don't even work there. It's obvious whoever the owner or manager of this place is does not keep an eye on their employees. I watched the one girl (with braids) wait on four people while the other girl continue to chat, laugh, and goof off with the two teenagers. They were still there when we left. Can't imagine that their ice cream is going to be much more than milk when they get home with it.
Let's start with the positives. The place was very bright clean with plenty of choices. Cases were very well stocked with delicious looking cakes, ice cream bars, and clown cones. The young girl Izzy that waited on us was very pleasant, helpful, extremely nice and got our orders all correct. Now the reason for the three stars. There was another young girl long thick dark colored ponytail, no name tag who stood out in the lobby just chit-chatting with people while the other girl tried her best to wait on the line (5 behind us)of people that were there. When is she finally called for her for help she reluctantly came over to the cash register and began ringing people up. The second reason for the three stars is we were charged incorrectly and didn't realize it until we had arrived at home. We ordered two double scoop cones, one in a waffle cone, and a small strawberry milkshake. As you can see from the receipt we were charged for two single scoop cones, a double scoop cone, the shake, and the waffle cone. This girl, who had no name tag was obviously not paying attention, not listening, and too busy chit-chatting with her friends in the lobby. She needs to learn to take her job seriously and not be so concerned with what her friends are doing. Kudos to Izzy who did a great job and smiled the entire time!

Took my nieces and they loved it. A nice sweet treat for this AZ heat! I had the praline ice cream so good with the perfect amount of sweetness. They had some cute cakes on display. The staff was very friendly, glad we stopped in.

I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences at this Baskin-Robbins! The staff is always friendly, patient, and attentive, and they truly go above and beyond, especially when it comes to custom cakes. Every cake I’ve ordered has been beautifully decorated, delicious, and exactly what I envisioned (sometimes even better!). They’re great at listening to what you want and bringing it to life with care and creativity. Whether it’s for a birthday, special occasion, or just a treat-yourself moment, this location never disappoints. Highly recommend if you’re looking for both great service and consistently delicious ice cream and cakes.

Three times I've ordered thru door dash and my driver arrives waiting for my order and Baskin Robbins FAILS to fullfill the order once again! It has been a frustrating experience, especially after paying for the full order.The lack of accountability for not fulfilling orders thru doordash. I gave them three chances. You Are Fired Never Again Will I Step Foot Into A Baskin Robbins.
Came here late on a Saturday night, around 9pm, it was very clean, professional layout of course for Baskin-Robbins. I tried two samples, Cookie Monster and Praline's 'n Cream - got one scoop of each - they were both very delicious. Would recommend both.
Great seating area, tables, half booth wall and tables that move with chairs - wheelchair accessible. The bathroom was also very clean. The hand-washing sensor is very near-field, that might be an issue for some. Great experience, great ice cream, and good modern music selection.

Love this location! The owner and her family work there. They are always so friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and inviting for guests to sit down and enjoy their ice cream! I love supporting this business! It's the only one we go to!

Plenty of parking in front- located in the Sprouts plaza, and there is accessible parking in front. Also, the store itself was clean and the tables were clean to sit at too. The store also was nicely decorated and the ice-cream flavors were all well stocked. The regular sized cone (rimmed with chocolate and sprinkles) came with a huge generous scoop of ice-cream- so delicious. It was a nice bang for the buck, and the server working there was friendly and welcoming.

Really disapointed with the icecream pizza. Its priced at 22.99 and the cookie on one side was a thin as paper and hard while the other side was thick and soft. I just feel of they are going to charge such a high price the employees could make sure the pizza a in good shape.
