The food & service is good, but, it seemed very warm in there which made us feel really uncomfortable. Went on a day when it hit 110, so they should have made it extra cool in there, so you can enjoy your dining experience more.

Milano's is an all around great restaurant from the food to the service we are never disappointed. Michael took care of us last night and he was great!! Cindy is always very good as well and makes you feel like family. If you haven't tried this place I don't think you will be disappointed.

Popped into this gem today! Had a fantastic meal and got the chance to meet Michael, our server. What a kind host and gave some great recommendations. You can tell he cares lots for the customers and having them leave with a good impression. We’re looking forward to coming back soon for some awesome food – try the pizzas! Lots of locals buzzing in here, with lots of regulars. And now I get why.

The tattooed female bartender is on point and very friendly with patrons. The male bartender wasn’t as inviting but he did a wonderful job. They have funny regulars and everyone is welcoming. The pizza was great and the Mediterranean bowl was so good! Lots of TV’s and you can go outside to smoke. Great spot

Milano's is a great little restaurant near Falcon Field. I order a salad for lunch, and eggplant parmesan for dinner. Cozy atmosphere with lots to look at.
Kid-friendliness: Staff is patient with kids and the kids menu is good. My girl eats the spaghetti with meatball.

I wanted to like this place so badly. The waitress was so rude from the moment we walked in. But I tried to brush it off and asked about the gluten-free bread if its cooked separately, then the bread that contains wheat. She said no, so then I tried to educate her, saying once gluten-free bread touches yeast, it is no longer gluten-free, and she proceeded to say the bread is gluten-free she is sorry that she can't control whats in the air. As I tried to explain to her its not about what's in the air its what touches the bread or cross contaminated. I litterly stood up and walked out. She was so rude and will never come back or suggest this place. I SUGGEST TO EDUCATE YOUR EMPLOYEES WHAT GLUTEN-FREE OR NOT GLUTEN-FREE IS Especially if you offer gluten-free options. If you work in a restaurant you should know that gluten-free isnt something new.

As a newbie, I was anxious to try this pizza joint near my home. Man, I was disappointed! It started off rough. When I called to order pickup, I was greeted by a grumpy voice that made me feel like an inconvenience. Her answer was short, abrupt and cold. Upon arrival, her overall disposition matched her lack of telephone professionalism. It was more than "bad day" kind of excuses. She needs another role! Anywho... now to the "pizza". The "crispy crust" they claim in the menu description was absent and replaced with soagy nothingness. The topping were minimal and the taste... umm... "blah" is the word. I plan to never return. For $$ for a doughy mess... way over priced... I can go to one of the other dozen pizza places near me. So many OTHER places to spend my $$. Darn, I wanted this place to be good.
