This place is great! Went in for lunch on a Friday and it wasn't busy at all. I had a bowl with bulgogi beef, kimchi, spicy cucumber, and pickled carrot and radish, topped with a fried egg and spicy gochujang sauce. The food was delicious, the bulgogi wasn't too sweet which I appreciated. Tons of food too, I will definitely get another meal out of it! The service was excellent as well, very friendly and sweet girl behind the counter. I will be back for sure to try the japchae and bibio fries!

This is such a new and delicious flavor to me. It is fantastic for lunch or dinner. Great portions. Great meat and veggies. I get the rice and noodle in the same bowl. Creamy Sriracha, spicy Korean chili and sweet sesame are the sauce combos I do. It is fantastic, and like I said such a fresh new taste for me.

I haven't been back here in a while and felt like some fast casual Korean food. I stopped by for an early dinner and the place was empty but still busy with takeout orders being filled and picked up. I could have taken my bowl to go, but what fun is bibimbap in a paper bowl?? In my mind, if you're gonna "bibim" your "bap," go full dolsot-bibimbap! Translation: Get it "for here" in a hot stone bowl. Why, you ask? This is the best way to have everything in the dish hot and most effectively mixed. Plus, the caramelized rice is not to be missed. (Just don't try to use plastic utensils in the bowl... they'll give you metal spoon+fork or wooden chopsticks.)I had the beef bulgogi with white rice, all of the toppings, a fried egg and gochujang (chili pepper) sauce. It showed up at my table sizzling (the stone bowl takes a bit longer and they're in limited supply, but I had the place to myself and I wasn't in a hurry -- lucky!) Tip: white rice caramelizes better than brown. Also, use the spoon to scrape the sides of the bowl a few minutes after mixing things up to let another layer of rice come in contact with the hot stone. (More crunchy goodness!)The ambiance is nothing special-- there are parallels to Chipotle in both the dining area's ambience and the "have them build your bowl" model: you can leave off what you don't like. The guy behind the counter was friendly and the portion was large. Hopefully, I can make it back again soon. (Please don't use all the stone bowls; save one for me!)

The staff was fabulous, the food was delicious and totally customizable The only thing I am bummed about is that they don’t have a location in Tucson (which where I am from).Dietary restrictions: I am dairy free and gluten free and this place had a TON of options for me!Kid-friendliness: The kids meal has a great portion! And the food was amazing.

It's hard for me to step out of my comfort zone when it comes to dining out, this is not a place I would normally go to, but I was in the area and felt like trying something different.I have to say I was very pleased with the food, it was excellent! I had a Beef Bulgogi bowl and tried the Beef Bulgogi fries. Both were delicious! As for the star review, I would give the food a 4.5 out of 5 and the restaurant a 2.5 out of 5. My issue; it was filthy. The owners need to make sure this place is continually cleaned throughout the day, and probably a deep clean weekly. Aesthetically it's unpleasing and that atmosphere can actually ruin an appetite. If this is how it looks outward facing, I can only imagine how the back area and food storage areas look. Sticky tables and floors, trash on the ground, grime on the baseboards, and stains everywhere. I would still probably go back, maybe it was an off day. But if it didn't get any better, not likely.

It’s possible she just was extremely unhelpful, but it was obvious I did not know the menu and had a few questions about the six-step process. I had never eaten here before and needed help with keto options. She did not help. The place definitely needs to be cleaned. The tables need to be wiped down. One girl came out and helped me, and that I never saw her again. Another girl came out and stared at me for 15 seconds, and then went back and never returned. I actually thought the food and the sauces were really good, but because of the terrible customer service and the tables being grungy, I will not be back.
