We tried Big Nate’s for the first time today at the Central Arizona Food Truck Battle! We are homesick Texans and they definitely won us over….which is hard to do with BBQ in AZ! We are hooked and hope they come back out to Maricopa or we will be traveling to try them out in Mesa! The brisket was moist, had a good smoke ring and excellent flavor! The beans, coleslaw and macaroni were all delicious as well! Y’all come back out to Copa please!

I loved the welcoming atmospher and smiling faces the food was really good i had the tri plate with shreded pork a leg and the most melt in your mouth brisket I've ever had i also loved the prickley pear juice and the variety of sauces they had was amazing.

Eric came to my Barber shop and gave us Free vouchers to the new location in Gilbert Restaurant .. I must say I was very impressed very GOOD food , I found me my new go too .. Thanks Eric for thinking about us today my Brother 👍
