Found this place just driving by. What a find! Had the Birria tacos with consume, barbacoa, and asado so far. I've only been here twice so far but hasn't let me down yet! Meat is juicy and flavorful. Consume is great, also. They have a large menu with lots to try! Can't wait. By the way, there is a convenience store on the same lot that sells Krispy Krunchy Cajun fried chicken that I need to try

Carolinas is one of my favorite places in AZ to get good/cheap Mexican food. Potato tacos are delicious. I could drink their salsa!

Same delicious Mexican food as the Mohave location. Great shredded beef tacos. Recommend the 3 way mixed burro (green, red, beans) enchilada style. And take a doz. giant tortillas home for later.

Worth the wait! Family of 7 with drinks for under $45. A bit of a struggle to get tables but once we were settled it was worth it. My visiting son said the best Mexican food he has had in the valley!
