I visited the Bistro 13 at 9 am. They were very friendly greeted us at the door. Excellent service and we could see they are trying to do the best. Very good prices. Please note that it's a student- run restaurant. They worked like professionals. Fresh, fresh, FRESH food!!! Good flavor, well seasoned. Exactly how I ordered. The place very clean. Huge parking lot. Didn't try the coffee then I must return for it.
I actually worked in the Bistro from 2016-2018 when I attended EVIT and it was honestly one of the best times of my life. I actually really miss it. I also went here to have lunch once or twice after I graduated, and the food is still delicious! Also shoutout to Chef Gaston and Chef Kalfus. Great teachers! These EVIT Culinary Arts kids are AMAZING. My son goes to EVIT in a different program and he loves getting food from their kiosk or bistro. The food is outstanding and very affordable.
