“I actually worked in the Bistro from 2016-2018 when I attended EVIT and it was honestly one of the best times of my life. I actually really miss it. I also went here to have lunch once or twice after I graduated, and the food is still delicious! Also shoutout to Chef Gaston and Chef Kalfus. Great teachers!
