BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

The service was very slow. It was clear that the waiter messed up on our order. We were a party of 7, but did not order anything too complicated. We ordered two appetizers and one came out in a reasonable amount of time. We had to ask about the other one. Then when it was time for our meal to come out, the waiter put in the wrong sandwich for my husband. By the time the right meal was brought out to him the entire table was done eating. Nothing was done to make this correct. The waiter said he was confused because of what the other people in our party ordered.

My family and I reserved a table at BJ's to celebrate Easter Sunday. Unfortunately, it was a poor experience. We were seated promptly at 3:00pm. Our meals did not arrive until 4:00pm. Our childrens' meals arrived cold, my wife's shrimp arrived undercooked and cold... and the wrong meal was delivered to me, followed by another 20 minute wait for my food- which arrived half hot and half cold clearly indicating it had been microwaved.

Probably won't be back . Waited for food almost 1 hour. Twice they brought out the wrong order. Had a martini that tasted like tap water for $ 12 unbelievable. Sent it back. Not once did anyone check on us . Just kept walking by not once looking at us. This is the third time we've been there. All three times something went wrong. I guess they aren't concerned about repeat customers

Had the Mac and cheese bites and spinach dip, the prime rib special, California club and chicken Alfredo pasta.. food was delicious and of course the pizzuki.. drinks were good and service was good

We had a large party of 8. Reservation seating was on time. Booth size adequate. Food and beverages excellent. Silverware was unclear with food actually on two silverware sets. Very unclean. Manager was notified. We've come here often and never had this problem before. It seems like an isolated staff issue.

The receptionist on this visit was amazing!! Long strawberry blonde pigtails; as friendly as possible. She got us seats quickly and was as nice as possible. Our server also did an amazing job. We are so happy with the BJ's on Superstition Springs Blvd.

Food came pretty quick. The flatbread pizza was really good. Food came out out of order. Got our salads after the entree had arrived. Otherwise pretty standard decent meal out.

Wouldn't know. Restaurant closed early because kitchen went down. In March this is my second poor experience here. Not sure what's going on with this place

We were in town for a conference and decided on eating here with our group. Iris was our server and she was exceptional. She even did a little birthday speech for me. Food was great.

BJ’s was where we always went for NFL games as Snowbirds because they carried all the Sunday games to include Out of Market games from our home. This year they changed their NFL package and we can no longer get our home team. BWW is next door where we have moved to now view our team play on Sundays. Bad idea BJ’s. Bad…

They were great about accommodating my dietary restrictions! I can't have gluten, onion, or garlic. The kitchen manager was very kind and helpful, and the wait staff did a great job!

(For my fellow gluten-free people, I'm not celiac. I have IBS—thus no onion or garlic!)

Dietary restrictions: I had the classic cheeseburger with a gluten free bun, no seasoning, no sauce, no pickles, and no onions. I also had the house salad with no croutons, and since the balsamic vinegar has onion/garlic, the staff kindly provided a simple homemade vinaigrette. Finally, I had the gluten free chocolate chip pizookie.

The staff, especially the kitchen manager, were very helpful and accommodating!
