Went through three different sets of silverware before I received a set that didn't have food still stuck to them and the chandelier light above us kept dropping visible dust particles on our table. Makes me wonder what happens in the kitchen when cleanliness is an issue at the table. Very disappointing.

We decided to just eat in the bar because there was no wait time. Amanda K was the bartender. She was running her tail off but she was pleasant and took time to joke with us. And she got our order perfect! And never forgot if we asked for water or another beer. She was great!! And we were impressed with all the staff. AND the manager! The first time I saw him he had a broom in his hands! But I soon learned he was the manager. He was helping clear dishes, etc. And his staff could joke with him too. It was a great evening at Black Angus.

Mashed potatoes were cold and what they call butter is not butter! You would think this type of restaurant would use quality ingredients! In addition, the waitress never came back to check on us until the very end.

Had a wonderful dinner here tonight with family. Makaela was quick to greet us with her great smile, seat us and make sure we were settled in. Blake was the best server! We made reservations, and we were seated right away. They have a gluten-free menu. The steak, shrimp, lobster tail, and mac n cheese skillet tasted great. The ribs tasted good but did not fall off the bones. The service and atmosphere were excellent.
Our party of 6 on Christmas Eve was handled very well by Melisa Walker, our server. She was constantly by the table asking if we needed anything and clearing the table any excess items. I am disabled so needed room for a wheelchair. The staff at the front podium as well as the food and service were top notch! We ordered 2 Campfire Specials! The specials are the best deal anywhere, here’s what the steak and baked potatoe looked like! Generous portions of everything. Strongly recommend going to Black Angus Steakhouse in Mesa, AZ!
Kid-friendliness: We had 2 small children’s 3 and 5 with us and they provided coloring books and kids menus which helped a lot!
Wheelchair accessibility: On Dec 24th at 5pm, a crowded evening they were able to provide room for my wheelchair! Especially when they were busy.
