Aaron is a great waiter. Never had an issue with his service.
I always buy my meal with groupones and never had an issue. This time, they calidated my groupone and said it's no good. However, Groupone showed it was valid and used today. The manager couldn't figure it out and blamed it on Groupone. The waiter said they been having issues with the system for a few days. The manager said she would give 50% off the bill. So we went from a free meal with the groupone to at $50 bill.

If you decide to visit definitely request Blake's section. He will tell you that he LOVES what he does and it sure does show in his A+ service. BLAKE experience is a must!!!!

Our service was terrific. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and a terrific attitude. We ordered quite a bit of food and it was so good. Grateful and thankful for all of it. When you come in, Caden served us, so awesome!

Went through three different sets of silverware before I received a set that didn't have food still stuck to them and the chandelier light above us kept dropping visible dust particles on our table. Makes me wonder what happens in the kitchen when cleanliness is an issue at the table. Very disappointing.
We decided to just eat in the bar because there was no wait time. Amanda K was the bartender. She was running her tail off but she was pleasant and took time to joke with us. And she got our order perfect! And never forgot if we asked for water or another beer. She was great!! And we were impressed with all the staff. AND the manager! The first time I saw him he had a broom in his hands! But I soon learned he was the manager. He was helping clear dishes, etc. And his staff could joke with him too. It was a great evening at Black Angus.

Mashed potatoes were cold and what they call butter is not butter! You would think this type of restaurant would use quality ingredients! In addition, the waitress never came back to check on us until the very end.

Had a wonderful dinner here tonight with family. Makaela was quick to greet us with her great smile, seat us and make sure we were settled in. Blake was the best server! Very charismatic and attentive with our drinks and emptying dirty plates. We will definitely be returning! Thank you Blake for your great service!
