The first time I came here it was phenomenal... I actually gave a five-star review all the way across the board but today dropped at 3 star rating. I was disappointed this time.... I ordered A large cold brew latte with oat milk and a large iced blackberry white mocha with Coconut milk and blackberry cold foam, but then the guy handed me one large cold brew and one medium latte. I asked him if the sizing was different for certain drinks and he said no....they have small, medium and large and I told him I ordered both large and he said oh. He should have offered to correct it or even apologize but didn't, so I said it's fine... But I was irritated and left. Guess you can't get phenomenal service every time!

Worse white chocolate mocha I have ever had. Tasted burnt with no foam. I have had better cups of coffee overseas with black coffee. Disappointed. Could not walk around due to the amount of dogs inside. I don’t mind the dogs, however the rude owners had the dogs laying in the walkway areas.

Customer service was excellent. Staff was engaging and helpful. We're visiting and not familiar with the menu. She offered some suggestions and we liked everything we ordered. Great concept menu and decor. We'd come often if we lived here.

The dirty chai on ice was borderline non-drinkable. I drank about half and ended up throwing the rest away. Very disappointed and not a fan of the guns on almost EVERYTHING you see there. will not be going back.

I love the taste of this coffee brand. It’s stronger than some of the other coffee shops coffee. And there is merch that can be purchased here, if you walk in the store you can see all the hero patches that are stapled to the wall, so sweet! I wish this place had better air conditioning though, the inside is a little hot.

BRCC has a good principal, support veterans and active service members. It was clean and swift of service. Coffee was decent, food was not impressive. I'll probably get coffee there again on a cold day.
