STUPID SET UP!!!! They don't use the speaker in the mornings. You have to drive up to the window to place your order. Today it took me 30 mins from when I pulled in and until I drove away!!!! 30 MINUTES!!!! there were cars behind me otherwise I would have backed out and left. As a result of the SLOWEST service I have ever experienced I was late for work. Don't need to coffee now that my adrenaline is spiked. Won't be returning.

The coffee and drinks are great. But not if you show up well after 5am and the building still hasn’t even been opened cause no one showed up. So you sit in the drive through for a good while.

They are NEVER using the speaker box, we left 15 mins early to go through the line and we still waited 20 mins. It is insane that the drive through is CONTINUALLY slower than going inside. And when asked why they don’t use the speaker or make it quicker, the answer was that they do in the mornings. that is also incorrect, as multiple times I have attempted to use it and ultimately been late because the line takes 20 mins to go through.
Pulled up this morning at 5:35, went through the drive thru, no one helped me at the window. Drove around to park and go inside the building, door was locked. As I drove out of the parking lot I look to see their open sign on. Hours of operation posted online is open at 5am everyday. So much for coming here for coffee before work. Maybe they should hire reliable staff
The people who work here are really nice, but it's impressive how inconsistent their drinks are. I get the same thing every time, but it happens to look and taste different every time... I'm at the point where making it from home is less disappointing than spending the $8 on a mediocre drink.

Barista was friendly but seemed too busy to make my first visit worth while, the focus seemed on the drive thru. Had a hard time reading the menu, even with contacts on. Was hoping for recommendations since i told her it was my first visit. Ordered a peach black tea but it was gross and I couldn't drink half of it before I tossed it. Tons of flies inside which was bothersome. Would probably still try something else one more time or another location.
