Black rock is arguably the best coffee spot. The only issue I have is... If you don't have the app for rewards, you will constantly have issues. My birthday was May 4th and I've been asking every time I go in to get my birthday drink and they can never find my rewards. That may seem petty of me but if I'm promised a free drink is like to actually be able to use it. Like I said amazing coffee just have had issues with rewards. Definitely try it out. The rocky road chiller goes crazy!

3 stars for good drinks. I went inside to order my drink. I was the only one ordering a couple pick ups. They accidentally deleted my order. No big deal. Then they chatted about how busy it was. Again no big deal. What was frustrating was the girl looking in her tip jar saying no one tipped. I used a card and very much so tipped. I was the only one in there for about 5/10 minutes that order.

This location is really slow and really rude I heard stories of them being rude but today I witnessed it! Rushed to finish our short order and rude towards customers, all while taking longer than any other drive thru .

Unfortunately, the coffee experience falls short of anticipated standards. The flavors are not well-defined. It fails to provide the desired energizing effect. I am sorry to report this. However, the customer service was outstanding and extremely courteous.

Ordered a half-sweet iced Mexican Mocha. It was pretty weak and tasted mostly like almond milk. Also had a slice of banana bread that I couldn't eat. It was tough like foam and tasted l8ke cardboard.
Worst place for a coffee location, no parking and no competent staff, just left it's not worth coming here.

Overall, I would read my experience at this specific location 1 star. I have never been in the drive thru shorter than 10 minutes. Today, I only had 2 cars in front of me, and yet I was in the drive through for 20 minutes. The staff and the car in front of me would just not stop talking for a good 5 minutes+. I understand wanting to make connections with customers but I had to get to work. I was late because I was sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes. If you come here and you have somewhere to be, turn around, because you'll be wasting your time.
