Black rock is arguably the best coffee spot. The only issue I have is... If you don't have the app for rewards, you will constantly have issues. My birthday was May 4th and I've been asking every time I go in to get my birthday drink and they can never find my rewards. That may seem petty of me but if I'm promised a free drink is like to actually be able to use it. Like I said amazing coffee just have had issues with rewards. Definitely try it out. 3 stars for good drinks. I went inside to order my drink. I was the only one ordering a couple pick ups. They accidentally deleted my order. No big deal. Then they chatted about how busy it was. Again no big deal. What was frustrating was the girl looking in her tip jar saying no one tipped. I used a card and very much so tipped. I was the only one in there for about 5/10 minutes that order.
Please train your staff to double check orders. The last two times I have gone they have forgotten the syrup in my latte. It's always a pain going back ...so I don't bother...but I get charged for it..;/
