Blended Caramel Blondie for the WIN! Sometimes I crave this specific drink more than Starbucks. ?I've also had their Italian Soda's in the past, and they aren't bad.Either way .. this is a super chill, industrial looking coffee shop with a drive thru. I recommend! ?

if an establishment is understaffed and they take longer than usual on an order you have to be understanding but when i walk in not a customer in the place and i am not greeted or told anything 10 mins go by and another gentleman walks in and they say hello to him ??? and get his order out witch was 5 or 6 items and all my order had was an iced coffee insane will never come to this location ever again i always get great customer service too..

It's just okay. Ordered a large caramel blondie, a ham and cheese croissant and the cheese was burnt unfortunately. Total was almost $13.

The staff was super helpful and pleasant. Made a bright start to my day! There were 4 cars in front of me waiting to order. Once I got to the order spot, I was promptly greeted but asked to please hold for a moment. By the time I got my order in, all the cars in front of me were gone and on their way with their treats! I was there for 5-10 minutes total which is awesome for a Saturday morning. Fast and friendly service! I ordered the bacon ricotta sando as my breakfast and it was fresh and hot but didn't seem to have much ricotta so I was little sad. For my drink, I went with my usual order, hot caramel truffle, as there were no seasonal drink offerings. I did not go inside the building, but the drive thru was clean and well kept. Thanks, Black Rock! :)

They only had a few selections of bakery but the donuts we chose were excellent. Good coffee, too.
Waited forever in drive thru no one in front of me. No one making coffee person at counter never acknowledged me to say well be right with you. Batista comes back doesn't speak. Guy from counter comes takes my money. Never apologizes for the long wait. The coffee was Luke warm. Thirteen dollars for two coffees. Not worth the trip anymore. What waist of time and money

Good coffee and great service, very bad internet though. They seem to limit their internet speeds so slowly that it takes webpages minutes to update. I wouldn't suggest doing any work at BR unless just grabbing a coffee

A friend of mine visited Arizona last year and told me to try this local business out. It's been our go-to! Espresso is strong and works! Keeps me up all day (and night) so I only try to drink it during the weekends when I don't work. I learned the hard way when I couldn't sleep on a Sunday night after the first time I tried the Caramel Truffle. Overall, great tasting iced lattes. Jalapeño bagels are warm and huge! It's our favorite breakfast. Customer service - friendly employees This review is based on drive thru experiences as we haven't been inside yet.
