Gross! Breakfast sandwich had no flavor, was very bland, and microwaved which cause the bread to be really tough, and hard to chew. Vanilla donut was incredibly greasy and I couldn’t take a second bite. Chai tea latte was mediocre, Starbucks and Dutch Brothers make it better.

This location in particular… Let’s start with the Cracks and Gashes in the plastic cups EVERY time I go, who’s doin’ that?! (Past 3 month) they hand me an Unmixed drink and it’s always because there are Holes in the cups and it’ll Leak if they stir it and they KNOW it. Second, not all workers are meant for the drive thru, a closed window is better than her staring over my head into the great beyond not interacting after I’ve smiled, just super awkward

The absolute worst set up for a coffee drive thru. Too much traffic and not log enough. We were waiting at the 4 way stop so we didn’t block the congested traffic and people don’t care and cut us off to block anyway. There was no parking to go in. This is the worst set up. I will drive a few more miles to the other location.

Great atmosphere and clean customer area like most Black Rock Coffee Bars. They were very busy on a Sunday morning. However, it took 19 minutes to fulfill one drink order from the time I ordered at the counter. Highly unusual.

Ive been going here since they opened, i spend a lot of money there weekly. To take away the pup cups, and try to give them away in a cap is redicouous. Theyre called pup cups, not pup caps. Im not spending 9.38 for a drink and you give a cap for my dogs. And also, when i tried to talk to the lady about it, she says she doesnt get paid enough to hear me out. Idk, maybe ill take the extra ride to dutch bros now or something, even though i live walking distance away

We just recently moved to this area. I have gone to Black Rock a couple times, it is on my way to work. This morning, I came by between 6-7AM & there were 2 people working while the alarm was screeching nonstop. I noticed they had ear plugs in, I could not believe they were still working. The alarm was seriously so loud I dont know how that is safe or okay. Luckily I didn't have my child with me. The other times I've come later in the day, there are usually 2 people maximum. It really baffles me a corporate establishment, only has 2 people working & running around like chickens with their heads cut off. The staff is always so friendly and nice even with these major inconveniences. I dont know that i'll be back, theres always something wrong or broken
