Ive been going here since they opened, i spend a lot of money there weekly. To take away the pup cups, and try to give them away in a cap is redicouous. Theyre called pup cups, not pup caps. Im not spending 9.38 for a drink and you give a cap for my dogs. And also, when i tried to talk to the lady about it, she says she doesnt get paid enough to hear me out. Idk, maybe ill take the extra ride to dutch bros now or something, even though i live walking distance away

We just recently moved to this area. I have gone to Black Rock a couple times, it is on my way to work. This morning, I came by between 6-7AM & there were 2 people working while the alarm was screeching nonstop. I noticed they had ear plugs in, I could not believe they were still working. The alarm was seriously so loud I dont know how that is safe or okay. Luckily I didn't have my child with me. The other times I've come later in the day, there are usually 2 people maximum. It really baffles me a corporate establishment, only has 2 people working & running around like chickens with their heads cut off. The staff is always so friendly and nice even with these major inconveniences. I dont know that i'll be back, theres always something wrong or broken

Staff are fast, friendly, and welcoming, the drinks are good - not the best espresso I've had, but the flavor combinations, sugar free syrup options, and the rewards program make up for flavor. This location is always clean and I enjoy the seating options for working and/or socializing.

Love the coffee and the fuel drinks! Can you PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE go back to your old cream cheese for the bagels!!!! The little cups taste terrible and I loved the convenience of the bagel being ready to eat on my hour long commute.

$55 for 4 drinks and a snack. Then prompted for tipping on items I have to wait at counter for. Food order was incorrect. It is so loud in the ordering area due to music it is no wonder why the orders were wrong. Bagel did not have jalapeños, scones were not warmed up, coffee did not have any cream. Not sure why we went at this point.
How is there only 2 people working on a Saturday morning? Long lines inside and out - I saw people just turning around and leaving. Busy parents trying to get to sports and such don’t have 20 mins to wait for a coffee! Staff appropriately or keep losing business

they get our simple orders wrong more than they get them right at this location. pretty rude when we tell them our order is wrong too. the excuse is always “we’re really busy” as if that’s supposed to make our orders being wrong almost every time ok lol. every now and then, I totally understand. but this is almost every time. we’re officially soured towards this location and will be going to black rifle instead going forward.

Oven not working no lids for hot drinks so my drink was put into a plastic cup with no ability to put a stopper on it with the hole i could put two fingers through no way to prevent it from spilling. I have been coming here 4 days a week for months usually pretty good service but today they really screwed the pooch.

I usually go inside and sit at a table, today I did the drive through and the person taking our order so genuinely funny and helpful, her name was Joey and she made my friend and I crack up the whole time, I’d go again just to listen to her yap via their busted drive through speaker, good drinks and quick service too.
