Disappointed by the Drive-Thru Experience
I've been to this Black Rock Coffee a few times, and while the drinks taste fine, my recent experiences have been frustrating. The last two times I visited, the drive-thru order box wasn't being used, so orders were taken at the window instead. This significantly slowed down the process, taking nearly 30 minutes to get to the window when the drive-thru line was full. To make matters worse, there's a curb that prevents you from exiting the line once you're in it. This setup makes getting coffee a lengthy and inconvenient ordeal.

We come here often and the coffee is amazing. Generally the breakfast sandwiches are ok.. they might burn your mouth but otherwise ok. Today on our way to a funeral we stopped and our sandwiches were so over done the bread was almost impossible to bite into.

unless you have a spare 30 mins to wait around in the drive thru, even if there’s only two cars in front of you, go to another location. whoever has been working the window in the morning recently seems absolutely miserable every time i see her. kind of a bummer because everyone used to be so nice :/
