Great experience. App is user friendly. I was able to use the drive thru to pick up and received my beverage on time! Customer service was excellent and my fuel was awesome!

This location unfortunately has the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Long, slow lines and then waiting an additional 10 minutes at the window for my order without being acknowledged. I understand being busy, but it’s the lack of customer service that really makes me want to spend my money elsewhere.

I had an awful reaction to their GF donut back in February. Within an hour of eating it I had blurred vision, sweating and violently throwing up. After about 2 hrs I had finally stopped. On Saturday 10/25/25 my husband tried the regular donut holes and had the same reaction. I’m not sure what is in those donuts but it needs to be looked into asap. That experience is awful and scary with how aggressive and fast It happens. I love BR but I will never eat food from them ever again. I thought maybe it was a one off with me but after it happened again this weekend months apart, absolutely not.

I love black rock!!! But this location is a bummer. I live close by so this is the closest one to me; but the last three visits- I’ve personally waited in line for more than 25 minutes through the drive thru. Sent my husband here this morning; & same thing occurred. We understand it’s a pretty heavily populated area- but maybe this location can upgrade some resources. Staff is always nice in my opinion, and again- love the drinks. But coming into line at 7:30am and leaving at 7:55 am or later isn’t worth it sometimes. :/

Ordered a pumpkin blondie, got to the window and they thought it was a caramel corrected her saying it was pumpkin, she turned around and told her coworker it was a pumpkin. They still messed it up. Also more than $7 for a coffee is wild

It's a great place to get your caffeine fix unfortunately they do not remind you about your points so you have to tell them remember my points and use your phone number

I love Black Rock and this was my first and last visit to this location. Took about 5 minutes to get our order taken and once our order was received, they gave me the wrong size. I looked at the person, as they looked back at me and said this was supposed to be a large. I just got a whatever look and they went right back to work. Never acknowledged me at all. Another employee was busy with the drive thru and the other employee was sitting in the dining room on the computer with a customer. I just got frustrated and we left. Will never go back. I think the employees there need a refresher course on customer service.

I love Black Rock except for this location.
The coffees were made wrong. Also, it wasn’t a very pleasant experience when I ask them to fix them. Then the coffees were bitter. I couldn’t drink mine. My wife let the ice melt to get the coffee taste less bitter.
I do not recommend this location.

Super shitty cold service. I walk in and get greated with an acknowledged hi but then everyone walks away from the cash register, avoid eye contact with you then hide in the back. 5 minutes later comes back out to ask if im just picking up WHILE we both stare at the pick up order in front of both of us that was there since I walked in.
If you dont care about good service or attending to people, then get out of the service industry that simple.
No a simple sorry wasn't enough, do better or hire better.

Friendly service, but every time we order ahead it’s never ready when we arrive, even though we ordered 30 minutes ago :\\ it’s made us late a few times. We go to other locations that prioritize online orders when they come through.
