I had an awful reaction to their GF donut back in February. Within an hour of eating it I had blurred vision, sweating and violently throwing up. After about 2 hrs I had finally stopped. On Saturday 10/25/25 my husband tried the regular donut holes and had the same reaction. I’m not sure what is in those donuts but it needs to be looked into asap. That experience is awful and scary with how aggressive and fast It happens. I love BR but I will never eat food from them ever again....
Ordered a pumpkin blondie, got to the window and they thought it was a caramel corrected her saying it was pumpkin, she turned around and told her coworker it was a pumpkin. They still messed it up. Also more than $7 for a coffee is wild
Friendly service, but every time we order ahead it’s never ready when we arrive, even though we ordered 30 minutes ago :\\ it’s made us late a few times. We go to other locations that prioritize online orders when they come through.
