I wasn’t sure what to think when we pulled in here. But I’m glad we stayed and ate. The food was delicious. I got the chorizo stuffed chicken and that sauce was amazing. I would love to go back tomorrow and eat it again. The chips and salsa were great. The service was excellent. It’s a fun restaurant.

I called at noon on valentines day for a reservation, I was told no more reservations just walk ins and to get there early as there would be a long wait. Drove 35 min and rolled up at 5 and was turned away. Told us that they only were seating reservations. Now I had to scramble to find a different place to go. Not happy!

I haven't been to Blue Adobe in a couple years and was excited to return. How disappointing. The food was generic, the service was just ok. I won't make a huge effort to return.

Long time patron, love my usuals, but I decided to order something new. It was so, so good. This restaurant is continuously giving fresh and tasty food. And the service is top notch.

Always good. We’ve introduced many people to it over the years and they’re equally impressed.

Came on a Monday at around 5pm, place gets busy so make a reservation or arrive earlier. Excellent all around from chips/salsa to the main. Staff was welcoming and quick so that’s another plus for me.

I don't think that they were prepared for the rush. It don't take long to sit, but it took a while to be served. The rice was cold, but the other items were hot (which we loved). The strawberry lemonade wasn't that good it tasted like dish water but the ginger ale was good. The bathroom was cute and very clean. Such a big selection of food and the prices were right for the amount of food. I had the spooning rellenos & me sister had the salmon with crab. It's was good & so was the beans. Oh yea they will charge to substitute sides $1.30 & if you don't substitute all items you will be charged $5 for the substituted item. For example, my sister kept the asparagus & was charged $5 for the beans and rice. It wasn't told to us at the time of ordering and they were so kind to remove the $5 charge because of that. I do hope to return and try something else on the menu.

Man, the Blue Adobe blew my mind. It's been nearly 6 months since I ate here and I've been dreaming of chorizo stuffed chicken ever since. It was the perfect combination of smoky and creamy with southwest spices -- southwest comfort food. I've never tasted anything like it. The atmosphere and the waitress were great as well, made me feel right at home. I can't wait until next time I'm in Phoenix.

We met friends for lunch after a Maricopa County Community College class. It was very good! I'd like to go back again.

Fire roasted tomato salsa! It is the first time I have had this type of salsa. It alone is worth a visit. What the hell since you're the eating the salsa get a bowl of the pazole, it will make you happy!

Whatever cheese was used for the enchiladas made then inedible. Staff was friendly though...

Dishonest billing. Check your card statement

I had a very disappointing experience here. I dined with a friend and our bill came to $33.57. On the receipt, I clearly wrote a 15% tip and also clearly wrote the total as $38.60.

A day later, I received a card notification showing I was charged $48.57 instead -
nearly $10 more than what I authorized. That’s equivalent to leaving themselves around a 45% tip, which I absolutely did not approve.

Both the tip percentage and the total amount were written clearly on the receipt, so this feels extremely careless at best and dishonest at worst. I would strongly advise anyone eating here to check their final card transaction once it posts.

This completely ruined what was otherwise a normal dinner experience.
