Cute boba shop with claw machines. Hubby was lucky and won a lego ball in 4 tries.
We tried 2 drinks, jasmine green tea & mango passion fruit. Jasmine was a little too sweet for me. The Mango passion was refreshing.

I’ll start by saying I come here all the time with my family, at least twice a week. We are even rewards members and spend so much we often get free boba drinks. We love this place. We recommend it to everyone, and we often bring additional friends and family to your business as well. But we might not come back due to the incident I went through today. I called at 7:55 while driving to ask if I can order ahead since they close at 8. I was only 3 min away . The young blonde lady on the phone stated they cannot take phone orders, but as long as I get there before 8:00pm I can be served . If she informed me that they were cleaning and shutting down I would not have came but she stated if I make it by 8pm they would be open.. As I walked up to the door at 7:58 the young blonde lady hurried and locked the door. I then knocked and she ignored me. She knew I was at the door knocking.. I literally just got off the phone with her.. she should have been expecting me, it was before 8pm and she still ignored me. She would go to the back to avoid me standing at the door knocking, the would come check and see if I left . I called while standing outside, no answer. Another employee then emerged as I was knocking.. and also just straight up ignored me. I hate to even type this, I’m not the type to complain. I tried to put myself in their shoes. I imagined they chose to close early due to them having to clean and turn machines off.. but wouldn’t you communicate that with the customer instead of being rude and ignoring them? At one point, I was knocking while they were both at the register ignoring me on purpose.. but laughing with eachother about the situation. I did not find it funny. It should all be all camera for manger. We love this place, but we are very upset and might not bring our business back.

My family and I used to enjoy coming here, but the constant shortage of boba has become a significant inconvenience. Consequently, I’ve had to relocate my business elsewhere.

Starting from the atmosphere to the teas this is a must try!
The service was great and welcoming, im def visiting again whenever im back to this side of town!

tipped well, and paid nearly $2 more for 2x extra boba and got basically the same amount :( maybe there are limits, but if so, it wasn’t communicated to me. this happened my first time as well. it’s a really cute spot, but disappointing

Claw machines are rigged, messed up my order! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Such a cute little place! Kids love going and playing the games. The drinks are all so good!
