I had went this past week and while I was looking at the menu employees were talking inappropriately in-front of my children and I had felt as if I was interrupting something. This experience left me with a sour feeling and we had decided to go to another boba shop unfortunately, as my daughter was really looking forward to boba at our local mall

I come almost every week and the staff is always so lovely and kind. They always have a smile and are always happy to help. The drinks are also done so well and taste amazing. This place is great!
Employees seems super happy talking and laughing with their co workers as well as customers I felt very welcome for my first time trying boba. The associate "Alexa" was very helpful and attentive when I had questions and gave reccomendations based on my tastes, overall very knowledgeable. I will be returning to this establishment in the future.

I always have a great experience with boba tea company, the drinks are fantastic and the staff are super friendly! I wanted to bring up a specific employee individually named trinity, she always knows how to make my drink just right when other employees get confused!! She always helps me each time I order a drink. Her help and cheerful attitude make my visits awesome. I definitely recommend everyone this spot to go and get ur boba!!
