I have been here on many occasions and it’s always great. The line is a little slow, however once you put your drink order in it comes out super fast. So overall it’s great.

The first Boba I ever tried was at this site. It's worth having to walk into the Mall to try it. Since I had never had one and was not sure what to order the staff was very helpful to help me make a choice of juice and Boba's I'm sure we will be going back

Who would ever go here twice? The staff hides behind a wall, you cant tell if they are open. Then you make eye contact with staff and they ignore you. Then they get behind the register and mean mug you until you start talking. Then they sell you a $7 plain coffee that tasted like some over sweetened concentrate chemical product that they probably have to spell like "Koffhee" because theres no actual coffee in it lol

Never had a problem with this place and have been here numerous times. One time they were out of tapioca balls but that is completely understandable because it was a very busy day. They are not magicians that can snap their fingers and make more stock appear. Lots of people in the reviews complaining thinking human beings are machines that don't deserve breaks and should be working at mach speed.The drinks they served me have always been good and exactly what I ordered.I wish they offered some more basic/traditional flavors like plain honeydew melon or thai tea, but their menu selection is still good.

I was only the third person in line and I think I had two birthdays pass in the time it took to get my order taken. The employees have ZERO sense of urgency or awareness of how many customers they have waiting. At least the drink was good. Super annoying experience.
Stood in line for 15 minutes just for the lady taking orders turn everyone away because she’d rather have 20 minutes to herself then to take care of the customers who’s been waiting.Unprofessional

It is good but the service IS AWEFUL!!! I’m literally in line and it’s been more than 20 minutes and I’m still behind 4 people… there is always one or 2 workers the most… here at the superstition mall. SUUUUPER SLOW!!! 6 people behind me already left.

Last 3 times I went to the Superstition Springs location, they were out of everything. This most recent time they had no ice. What they did serve me wasn't suitable for human consumption. Tighten it up guys.

No mask go some where else, that simple anyone can refuse you service. Can't believe I have to constantly see one stars from same reviews like that.
