I haven't been to this place in a while, and it seems like there’s a new owner. Unfortunately, the new management doesn’t seem to care much about the shop.
The drink quality has really declined. I ordered a cheese grape tea, but it was essentially flavored water with poorly whipped cream for $8. I ended up tossing it after just one sip.
On top of that, the girl taking my order didn’t seem interested in being there.
All in all, I won’t be coming back.

Some of the best boba I've had in Phoenix for sure. I got Okinawa milk tea with coffee jelly. Although i forgot to ask to adjust the sugar amount, I thought this had the perfect sweetness, with a little bitterness from the tea that surprised me but was super delicious. It was my first time getting coffee jelly, so there's always the chance that this is what it should have been like, but I felt the jelly had very little coffee flavor at all, which dissappointed me. I liked the texture though.
There was a big variety of options here! Having the choice of tons of different toppings is what I look for in a boba shop, and this delivered. The atmosphere inside the shop (along with the cute mascot) really reminded me of a boba shop in Taiwan, which was awesome. If I lived closer, I would definitely come back.
