This location is small and quiet. The person at the counter was super friendly and explained all the teas I had questions about. I ended up ordering the iced Crazy Fruit Green Tea and it was so good. I'd definitely come back if I'm in the area.

Everything is great about this location/place, the staff are fast, kind, and orderly.The vibe in the store is comfy and fun(Soo cute to see/hear the kids that were in there asking their mum about the boba dudes on the poster boards, so cute❤️)And I just LOVE their Banana Milkshake with some boba ? (sorry love it a lot so I drank a bit when i got it lol)

The boba here is good, but I didn't receive good customer service from this cashier girl from Beijing. If someone is asking questions about your tea selections, you shouldn't be condescending. It felt like she didn't want to work here or be here. Who hired this person? I even question the legitimacy of this place.

i don’t mean to be THAT person but this boba is atrocious… it tasted like water. I always get the brown sugar with boba and kid you not it’s GROSS every time (i’ve come twice) . it’s very underwhelming and not sweet enough. It’s one of the closer ones to me besides the one off of broadway (i prefer them) it’s a cute little shop though don’t get me wrong it’s just … not good

The boba wasn't bad it tasted a bit old and not blended super well. The store itself smelt really bad I'm not sure if there was a leak in pipes but it smelt like pee and the shop wasn't super clean.

Use to love this place but last three time my cheese tea is really water down and foam is clumpy. My son Thai tea tasted weird too. Not sure if it's under new management.

My mom recommended this place after going to H Mart. Turns out the boba place she wanted closed but this place was here. We decided to try it my mom got a strawberry milk shake with boba and of course I got my brown sugar milk boba. Have to see I enjoyed mine and as usual finished before I made it back to phoenix. The service was great especially as my mom can be difficult, the cashier was kind and patience. The atmosphere was plenty great with this heat they had ac cooler to keep the place cool and plenty of seating around.
