First time here and blown away by hospitality, great service and delicious food. Definitely will be back.
The food was amazing. Our waiter was nice but orders were wrong a see waited 20 minutes for the donuts we bragged about to friend. Never have had service like that.. we love the food but it was a slow Sunday night so not sure what was going on.
I was disappointed in my 2nd visit in a month (work & personal) I requested not to have booth. They put us in bar in a booth. (I am a big man and having chest and stomach pinched throughout the night is not good.) Waiter was trying to make everyone welcome but he was calling customers- Boss, Sweety, Love, he was very loud, I could hear him any where he was in the bar. Additionally, I believe you need remodeling. Men's restroom looked worse than a 50 year old gas station with floorboards pealing away from wall, half deteriorated, gaps on floor, sticky floor, smell. Overall I feel my 2nd visit in about a month at the location has gone downhill. It may be due to forgetting success is based on sight, smell, atmosphere, and most importantly professional service, orders are correct, and good tasting food.
Our server was fantastic—friendly and attentive. However, when my sister and her fiancé joined us, another staff member stepped in to get their drinks while our server was busy with another table. Unfortunately, in an attempt to be funny, she started tossing napkins around and even threw one at me, which landed on my chest. It made me very uncomfortable, and it was clear our server, who walked in on the situation, felt awkward about it too.
The food was delicious, though I do think it’s a bit overpriced. We spent around $200 for four adults and one child, even after choosing some of the more affordable menu items.
Overall, it was a good experience. I would consider going back for a special occasion, but probably not for a casual night out.
Waiter was great! Helped with making decisions regarding food. Did not tell us that swapping a green salad for the sides they had (all high carb) would cost extra. Ordered drinks and they did not taste very good.
My friends and I visited from Canada and had Michael as our server. He was so great that I had to make a review, as he needs to be recognized! Michael went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. He deserves a raise and recognition!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you Michael. Also want to mention that the food was 10/10!
This was amazing! Never thought I would find BBQ I like so much in AZ coming from the south. The cornbread is soft and flavorful and almost melts in your mouth. The Q Rolls are amazing - a great starter. We ordered the Hawg Heaven which has beef brisket, we got St. Louis ribs and beef ribs, and pulled chicken. The Mac and cheese didn’t disappoint neither find that potato salad and loaded mashed. All in all it was a wonderful experience and we will be back.
As an Okie I’ve been looking for a good bbq place and everytime people recommend me one, it never is good bbq. It’s fine food but not good bbq. This was good. Now, probably not the best I’ve ever had in my life but good bbq and the best in AZ so far that I’ve tried.
Pulled pork sandwich was delicious. Tender and moist still so it’s even edible without bbq sauce. But the sauce is also good. The bun was perfect for a bbq sandwich. Mac n cheese: no breadcrumbs, it looks a little liquidy but is creamy. It is made in house and tasted good.
Beer, wine, very fun cocktails, tea (sweet and un), lemonade and other soda products. Tea and lemonade made in house.
Pretty big place with booths, table tops, and bar seating. Would be able to accommodate groups. Lighting is lower (mood lighting as I call it) though it is like a spotlight on the tables so you can still see to read. There is music but when I went for lunch it was a nice volume. Little louder than just background but not loud enough to hide even the next tables conversation.
There weren’t many people when I went but service was great and they were all very nice.
Parking: has its own lot but it’s also in a complex so plenty of spaces around too.
10/10 would recommend. Everything delicious. Service great. Best corn bread hands down.
Even being super busy, our server was on it. We were a group of 8 and in and out in an hour on one of the busiest days of the year.

We had an open table reservation and they put us in the patio that they makeshift closed in and had swamp cooler. The waiter and food was great but...
Drink pricing was out of line, and not seen until bill comes. $12 for a draft beer, $18 for a small passion fruit margarita. Out of line. Also, surcharge added for using credit card. Don't know many peeps that carry cash these days.
From being seated on patio with misters, seats were wet, pants got wet. Then moved to another table. Server spilled water on my mother and her purse. While they apologized, they said a manager would come out. A young manager came out 30 minutes later, did not discuss either incident and just asked how the food was. We actually thought at that point a discount would be applied. Nothing was done and no other explanations or apologies .
Okay, but nothing special. I have had better BBQ. Our waiter was great, but two meals came close to 10 minutes before the other two. Price is too high for okay food. Best part of the meal was the doughnuts at the end. Those are delicious!
Excellent Baby-Back ribs with generous portions on the sides, cornbread and homemade donuts for dessert! Great food, great service!
