Customer service was okay, nothing special, but it wasnt terrible. But, i ordered a thai tea with boba and the tea was spoiled, the boba was old and microwaved, and it didnt have enough half and half. It was bitter and overall just gross. I will not be returning.

This bosa donuts is the best one in the valley, my Family owns some of the bosses around Phoenix, but this one is still the favorite!! The employee Soda is so genuine, she really made our national donut day the most special of all last week 🙊❤️ 10/10 service!

Love this place. Excellent pastry and everyone is attentive and friendly.

I love the doughnuts here, but they are supposed to be open at 5am. This is perfect for me as I work at 6am. They are never fully open. I get there at 5:30am and they only have 3 different doughnuts. If you say you're open at 5am you need to have the full display ready. If I get there at 530 and you tell me 30 more minutes, then you don't open til 6.

This particular location is individually owned and is very inconsistent and maintains a much lower standard of quality & service. They don't take coupons and will close at random times or entire days if they have errands to run, but they won't update their site or Door dash etc. Don't let this particular location base your judgement of BoSa as a whole.

Masterrogue666 !

Mid afternoon they didn't have my two favorite doughnuts. Early morning, they did. They have a shrine there, which is cool.

Early Sunday morning Dec 8, 2024 - 5:45am (their sign says open 5am) Handwritten sign still on the door from weeks ago "HIVE (sp) not open..." with 2 cemetery stones...written in CRAYON?! Another sign "Closed on Thanksgiving" (sign still on door from a couple weeks ago?)
This was not my first visit early Sunday morning. Stopped by 2 weeks ago on Sunday 5:29am (remember they are supposed to open 5am) sign said "open 5:30am, sorry for inconvenience" it was 5:29am, not a single donut in the display case, employee seen in back, MAYBE making coffee? MAYBE getting ready to put donuts out? Nah, they gotta get their act together and at least appear like they want to be in business. Might be independently owned, but I am informing their Corporate. Closest BOSA to my home, been twice, still not open to buy anything from! Score - F=FAIL

Apparently there is a hand written sign that says they don't take any coupons. I just left and didn't even walk in. On top of it, it looked like they were closed. Very dark and unwelcoming. First time coming in

Most of the doughnuts are good.

Service is questionable....lot of time of extra talking with the current customer while others are waiting in line.

Entrance door is very dirty. Customer area looks unclean. I only hope these conditions do not extend to the kitchen.

The woman who works here is so kind! Anytime I visit later in the day, she always throws in some extra donut holes. The only drawback of going later in the day is they are likely to be out of their stuffed apple donut. But the stuffed raspberry glaze is a close 2nd place!

Owner was rude. Forced me out the door when I was trying to order 4 dozen. They also only had 3 varieties available.

The donuts are super light and delicious. I got a breakfast sandwich too and it was excellent.
